Anykščių moterų Anykščių moterų užimtumo ir informavimo centrui buvo nesunku atrinkti motyvuotus 135 vyresnio amžiaus asmenis, nes Centras seniai ir aktyviai vykdo socialinius projektus rajone ir apskrityje. Projekto metu 42 vyresnio darbingo amžiaus asmenų įtrauksime į savanorišką veiklą teikti socialines paslaugas socialinę atskirtį patiriantiems asmenims, skatinsime dalyvius aktyviai savanoriauti ne tik projekto metu bet ir po jo pabaigos. Projekto metu 104 asmenims numatyti šie bendrųjų gebėjimų mokymai: iniciatyva ir verslumas, kultūrinis sąmoningumas ir raiška. Projekto dalyviams bus teikiamos individualios konsultacijos, informavimas, konsultavimas, siekiant paskatinti juos aktyviau dalyvauti darbo rinkoje, motyvuoti juos aktyviai dalyvauti visuomeniniame, pilietiniame gyvenime. Vyks švietėjiškas renginys - konferencija, skirta dalyviams ir darbdaviams, kurios metu sieksime formuoti teigiamą vyresnio amžiaus asmenų įvaizdį, juo motyvuoti aktyvai dalyvauti sprendžiant socialinius klausimus. Sėkmingas projekto įgyvendinimas leis vyresnio amžiaus Utenos apskrities asmenims pasijusti reikalingais, prisidėti prie rajono ekonominio ir kultūrinio gyvenimo. (Lithuanian)

For Anykščiai Women’s Employment and Information Centre, it was easy to select motivated 135 elderly people as the Centre has long been active in social projects in the district and county. During the project, 42 older people of working age will be involved in volunteering to provide social services to people experiencing social exclusion, we will encourage participants to actively volunteer not only during the project but also after its completion. During the project, the following key competences trainings are foreseen for 104 people: initiative and entrepreneurship, cultural awareness and expression. Project participants will be provided with individual advice, information and counselling to encourage them to participate more actively in the labour market and motivate them to participate actively in public and civic life. There will be an educational event — a conference dedicated to participants and employers, during which we will seek to develop a positive image of older people and motivated active participation in social issues. Successful implementation of the project will allow older people of Utena County to feel necessary and contribute to the economic and cultural life of the district. (English)
