Projektas “Vyresnio amžiaus bedarbių rėmimas“ bus įgyvendinamas kartu su 10 partnerių - teritorinių darbo biržų. Projekto metu bus įgyvendinama vyresnių negu 54 metų bedarbių kvalifikacijos įgijimo, kompetencijų tobulinimo ir integravimo į darbo rinką didinimo veikla, kuri sieks šių fizinių rodiklių: 1. Numatoma, kad 6.200 vyresnių negu 54 metų bedarbių, registruotų teritorinėse darbo biržose, bus įtraukti į profesinį mokymą ir neformalų švietimą. 2. Numatoma, kad 7.680 vyresnių negu 54 metų bedarbių, registruotų teritorinėse darbo biržose, bus įtraukti į įdarbinimą subsidijuojant. 3..Numatoma, kad 120 vyresnių negu 54 metų bedarbių, registruotų teritorinėse darbo biržose, bus įtraukti į bedarbių teritorinio judumo rėmimą. Projektas “Vyresnio amžiaus bedarbių rėmimas“ sieks šio produkto rodiklio: 1. Vyresni nei 54 metų bedarbiai, dalyvavę ESF veiklose – 14.000. Projektas “Vyresnio amžiaus bedarbių rėmimas“ sieks šių rezultato rodiklių: 1.Vyresni nei 54 metų bedarbiai, kurie baigę dalyvauti ESF veiklose įgijo kvalifikaciją,- 42 procentai arba 5.880. 2.Vyresni nei 54 metų bedarbiai, kurie baigę dalyvauti ESF veiklose pradėjo dirbti, įskaitant savarankišką darbą, - 35 procentai arba 4.900. Vyresni negu 54 metų bedarbiai profesinio mokymo ir neformalaus švietimo metu galės įgyti ar (ir) tobulinti kvalifikacijas ir (arba) įgyti kompetencijų, jeigu tai reikalinga įsidarbinti laisvose darbo vietose ar pradėti dirbti savarankiškai. Projekto dalyviai, įdarbinti subsidijuojant, galės įsitvirtinti darbo rinkoje arba įsidarbinti. Bedarbių teritorinio judumo rėmimas paskatins bedarbius įsidarbinti darbo vietose, nutolusiose nuo jų gyvenamosios vietos, kai teritorinė darbo birža negali pasiūlyti bedarbiams tinkamo darbo. Lietuvos darbo biržos parengtas projektas „Vyresnio amžiaus bedarbių rėmimas“ prisidės prie darbo rinkos paklausos ir pasiūlos suderinamumo, spartins nedirbančių vyresnio amžiaus asmenų įsitvirtinimą darbo rinkoje. The project “Supporting older unemployed people” will be implemented together with 10 partners — territorial labour exchanges. During the project, activities will be implemented for the acquisition of qualifications, skills development and integration into the labour market of unemployed people over 54 years of age, which will seek the following physical indicators: 1. It is estimated that 6.200 unemployed over 54 years old registered at the territorial labour markets will be included in vocational training and non-formal education. 2. It is estimated that 7.680 unemployed over 54 years of age registered at the territorial labour offices will be included in the recruitment with a subsidy. 3..It is expected that 120 unemployed persons over 54 years of age registered at the territorial labour markets will be included in supporting the territorial mobility of the unemployed. The project “Supporting older unemployed” will seek the following output indicator: 1. Unemployed persons over 54 years of age who have participated in ESF activities: 14.000. The project “Supporting the older unemployed” will seek the following result indicators: 1.Employees over 54 years of age who have obtained a qualification at the end of their participation in ESF activities- 42 % or 5.880. 2.The unemployed under 54 years of age who entered employment, including self-employment, after leaving the ESF, are 35 % or 4.900. Unemployed persons over 54 years of age will be able to acquire or/and develop qualifications and/or competences during vocational training and non-formal education if this is necessary for job vacancies or self-employment. Participants in the project, who are recruited on the basis of a subsidy, will be able to establish themselves in the labour market or take up employment. Supporting the territorial mobility of the unemployed will encourage unemployed people to take up jobs away from their place of residence, where the territorial labour office is unable to offer the unemployed a decent job. The project “Supporting older unemployed people” prepared by the Lithuanian Labour Exchange will contribute to the matching of labour market demand and supply, and will accelerate the position of unemployed older people in the labour market.
