    Inclusion in civil society as a labor market strategy - how do we proceed? Save the Children plans to apply for funding for a pilot study from the Swedish ESF Council. The pilot study will be used to investigate how Save the Children Sweden and partner organizations including, Individuell männinskohjälp (IM), Skåne Stasdmission, RF-SISU Skåne and Sensus, together can work to create measures for better inclusion and diversity of young people between the ages of 15-24. We see Civil society as an important actor in the labor market, primarily in aspects related to our role as an employer, where we are significantly contributing to an expanded network of contacts and social capital, and adding value to an arena for labor integration. In addition, Civil Society is a vital resource and support for people on their way back to the labor market or exploring a whole new labor market. Therefore, we find it necessary for organizations in civil society to enable more competence development and tools at the individual level, as well as for structural and organizational changes to take place. The purpose of the pilot study is to create a survey and analysis of civil society's ability to include young people aged 15-24 in their organizations. Based on the analysis, our measures for better inclusion in the labor market and various working methods for changing structures within civil society will then be developed. The pilot study also serves as a basis for the coming stages of our partnership, which is to create a well-developed project application for the social fund program 2021-2027 with a focus on developing compentency and skills of civil society actors. We see opportunities and benefits for individuals to be part of the non-profit sector; such as a job preparation but also as a potential workplace. The non-profit sector has challenges in its journey to provide the conditions for inclusion and in creating diversity. There is a need for an analysis of what efforts need to be made and what new methods need to be developed in order to facilitate the work of breaking the homogeneity tendency that many organizations have to contend with. Many non-profit organizations already have strategies for working with issues of diversity and inclusion based on human rights and non-discrimination, but a deeper analysis of the problem is needed to be able to develop appropriate tools for concrete work on these issues. The results at the individual, organizational and project level required to achieve the expected effects are: • Increase the opportunity for an inclusive and sustainable working life for all, • Promote lifelong learning, • Encourage active inclusion (Swedish)

    Einbeziehung in die Zivilgesellschaft als Arbeitsmarktstrategie – wie gehen wir voran? Save the Children plant die Beantragung einer Pilotstudie beim schwedischen ESF-Rat. Die Pilotstudie wird genutzt, um zu untersuchen, wie Save the Children Sweden und Partnerorganisation, einschließlich Individuelle Männerhilfe (IM), Skåne Stasdmission, RF-SISU Skåne und Sensus, zusammenarbeiten können, um Maßnahmen für eine bessere Inklusion und Vielfalt junger Menschen zwischen 15 und 24 Jahren zu schaffen. Wir sehen die Zivilgesellschaft als wichtiger Akteur auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, vor allem in Aspekten, die mit unserer Rolle als Arbeitgeber zusammenhängen, wo wir wesentlich zu einem erweiterten Netzwerk von Kontakten und Sozialkapital beitragen und einen Mehrwert für eine Arena für die Arbeitsintegration schaffen. Daher halten wir es für notwendig, dass die Organisation in der Zivilgesellschaft mehr Kompetenzentwicklung und Instrumente auf individueller Ebene sowie strukturelle und organisatorische Veränderungen ermöglicht. Ziel der Pilotstudie ist es, eine Erhebung und Analyse der Fähigkeit der Zivilgesellschaft zu erstellen, junge Menschen im Alter von 15 bis 24 Jahren in ihre Organisation einzubeziehen. Ausgehend von der Analyse werden dann unsere Maßnahmen zur besseren Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt und verschiedene Arbeitsmethoden für sich verändernde Strukturen innerhalb der Zivilgesellschaft entwickelt. Die Pilotstudie dient auch als Grundlage für die kommenden Phasen unserer Partnerschaft, die eine gut entwickelte Projektanwendung für das Sozialfondsprogramm 2021-2027 mit dem Schwerpunkt auf der Entwicklung von Kompetenzen und Kompetenzen der Akteure der Zivilgesellschaft bildet. Wir sehen Chancen und Vorteile für Einzelpersonen, die Teil des Non-Profit-Sektors sind; wie z. B. eine Arbeitsvorbereitung, aber auch als potenzieller Arbeitsplatz. Der Non-Profit-Sektor hat auf seinem Weg Herausforderungen, die Bedingungen für die Inklusion und die Schaffung von Vielfalt zu schaffen. Es bedarf einer Analyse, welche Anstrengungen unternommen werden müssen und welche neuen Methoden entwickelt werden müssen, um die Arbeit zu erleichtern, mit der die Homogenitätstendenz, mit der viele Organisationen konfrontiert sind, gebrochen werden kann. Viele gemeinnützige Organisationen verfügen bereits über Strategien zur Zusammenarbeit mit Fragen der Vielfalt und Inklusion auf der Grundlage von Menschenrechten und Nichtdiskriminierung, doch ist eine eingehendere Analyse des Problems erforderlich, um geeignete Instrumente für die konkrete Arbeit in diesen Fragen zu entwickeln. Die Ergebnisse auf individueller, organisatorischer und projektbezogener Ebene, die erforderlich sind, um die erwarteten Effekte zu erzielen, sind: • Verbesserung der Chancen für ein inklusives und nachhaltiges Arbeitsleben für alle, • Förderung des lebenslangen Lernens, • Förderung der aktiven Eingliederung (German)
