    Het doel van het Medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoek is om inzicht te krijgen in de werkbeleving van de medewerkers en te achterhalen wat goed gaat binnen Stichting Sport en Welzijn maar met name ook wat beter kan. In grote lijnen zullen de onderzoeksresultaten inzicht geven in de tevredenheid en betrokkenheid van de medewerkers maar ook in de kwaliteit van de organisatie. De resultaten zullen handvatten geven voor een verbetering van de structuur, de ondersteuning, de aansturing en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Met het adviesplan wordt gestuurd op meer rendabiliteit en betrokkenheid van de medewerkers waardoor een hogere efficiëntie en rendement kan worden bereikt in een steeds veranderende omgeving.     The aim of the employee satisfaction survey is to gain insight into the work experience of the employees and to find out what goes well within the Sport and Welfare Foundation, but in particular what can be better. In broad terms, the research results will provide insight into the satisfaction and involvement of the employees but also the quality of the organisation. The results will provide guidance for improving the structure, support, management and development of employees. The advisory plan is geared towards greater profitability and involvement of employees, enabling greater efficiency and return to be achieved in an ever-changing environment. (English)

    L'obiettivo dell'indagine sulla soddisfazione dei dipendenti è quello di approfondire l'esperienza lavorativa dei dipendenti e di scoprire cosa va bene all'interno della Fondazione Sport and Welfare, ma in particolare ciò che può essere migliore. In termini generali, i risultati della ricerca forniranno una visione della soddisfazione e del coinvolgimento dei dipendenti, ma anche della qualità dell'organizzazione. I risultati forniranno orientamenti per migliorare la struttura, il sostegno, la gestione e lo sviluppo dei dipendenti. Il piano di consulenza è orientato a una maggiore redditività e coinvolgimento dei dipendenti, consentendo una maggiore efficienza e ritorno in un ambiente in continua evoluzione. (Italian)
