    De focus en de nadruk van inzetbaarheid voor de aanvrager liggen op het niveau van samenwerking. De gedachte hierbij is dat wanneer beter samengewerkt wordt en daarbij spreekt iedereen elkaar aan op fout gedrag en open durft te zijn t.b.v. feedback en nieuwe vaardigheden, kan iedereen datgene doen waar die goed in is, blij van wordt. Hierdoor wordt stress verminderd, creëer je een lerende cultuur en krijg je gezondere mensen ondanks dat het aanbod van werk, de complexiteit etc. aan het toenemen is.     L'obiettivo e l'obiettivo dell'occupabilità per il richiedente sono a livello di cooperazione.
