Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 200 osób (105 kobiet i 95 mężczyzn) powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy,zarejestrowanych w PUP, zakwalifikowanych do I lub II profilu pomocy, z powiatu wągrowieckiego, należących co najmniej do jednej z kategorii osób:kobiety, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby niepełnosprawne, o niskich kwalifikacjach zaw., powyżej 50 roku życia. W ramach projektu będą realizowaneinstrumenty i usługi rynku pracy, takie jak: staże, szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, poradnictwo oraz pośrednictwopracy. Udzielanie wsparcia w postaci usług i instrumentów wskazanych w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004roku będzie poprzedzone pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji, problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika/ uczestniczki projektu (m.in.poprzezustalenie profilu pomocy i opracowanie/ aktualizację IPD). Analiza ta pozwoli na dopasowanie oferty pomocy w taki sposób, aby odpowiadała narzeczywiste potrzeby danego uczestnika/uczestniczki projektu.Projekt jest formą wsparcia dla bezrobotnych kobiet i mężczyzn, którzy mają trudności z samodzielnym wejściem lub powrotem na rynek pracy, tj. takich,którzy posiadają niewielkie umiejętności i kwalifikacje do wykonywania zawodu, nie posiadają lub posiadają niewielkie doświadczenie zawodowe, nie mająwystarczających środków na założenie własnej działalności gospodarczej.Przedsięwzięcie będzie realizowane w okresie 01.01.2017r. do 30.06.2018r. Rekrutacja uczestników będzie trwała do 31.12.2017r. Kwota środków FP narealizację projektu w 2017r. obejmie 1.304.031,32 zł oraz kwota 261.500,00 zł na rok 2018 w ramach dodatkowych 30%. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie nabycie przez osoby bezrobotne kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zaw., a w rezultacie podjęcia pracy bądź działalności gosp. Realizacja projektu będzie zgodna z politykami horyzontalnymi w odniesieniu do zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz równości szans. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 200 people (105 women and 95 men) over 29 years of age, who remain unemployed, registered in the PUP, qualified for the I or II aid profile, from the district of Wągrowiecki, belonging to at least one of the categories of persons:women, long-term unemployed, disabled, low-skilled, incl. over 50 years of age. The project will implement instruments and services of the labour market, such as: traineeships, training, one-off measures for starting a business, guidance and job intermediation. The provision of support in the form of services and instruments specified in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions of 20 April 2004 will be preceded by in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions, professional problems of a given participant/participant of the project (e.g. by establishing the aid profile and developing/updating the IPD). The project is a form of support for unemployed women and men who find it difficult to enter or return to the labour market, i.e. those who have little skills and qualifications to pursue the profession, do not have or have little professional experience, do not have sufficient resources to start their own business.The project will be carried out in the period 30.06.2018. Recruitment of participants will last until 31.12.2017. The amount of FP funds for the implementation of the project in 2017 will include PLN 1.304.031,32 and PLN 261,500,00 for 2018 under the additional 30 %. The main result of the project will be the acquisition by unemployed persons of qualifications and experience, and as a result of taking up a job or activities of gosp. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi de 200 personnes (105 femmes et 95 hommes) âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont au chômage, inscrites à l’OLP, qualifiées pour le profil d’aide I ou II, du comté de Wągrowiec, appartenant à au moins une des catégories de osób:kobiety, des chômeurs de longue durée, des personnes handicapées, peu qualifiées, y compris, âgées de plus de 50 ans. Le projet fournira des instruments et des services du marché du travail, tels que: stages, formation, création d’entreprises ponctuelles, conseil et médiation professionnelle. La fourniture d’un soutien sous la forme de services et d’instruments spécifiés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail du 20 avril 2004 sera précédée d’une analyse approfondie des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant/participant donné au projet (par exemple, en établissant le profil de l’aide et en développant/actualisant la DPI). Cette analyse permettra d’adapter l’offre d’assistance de manière à répondre aux besoins réels d’un participant/participant au projet. Le projet est une forme de soutien pour les femmes et les hommes au chômage qui ont des difficultés à entrer ou à réintégrer le marché du travail par eux-mêmes, c’est-à-dire ceux qui ont peu de compétences et de qualifications pour exercer la profession, n’ont pas ou n’ont pas d’expérience professionnelle, ne disposent pas de ressources suffisantes pour créer leur propre entreprise. Le projet sera réalisé entre le 1er janvier 2017 et le 30.6.2018. Les participants seront recrutés jusqu’au 31.12.2017. Le montant des fonds du programme-cadre pour la mise en œuvre du projet en 2017 couvrira 1 304.031,32 PLN et 261,500.00 PLN pour 2018 en sus de 30 %. Le principal résultat du projet sera l’acquisition par les chômeurs de qualifications et d’expériences, ainsi que par suite de l’accès à un emploi ou à des activités commerciales. La mise en œuvre du projet sera conforme aux politiques horizontales en matière de développement durable et d’égalité des chances. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von 200 Personen (105 Frauen und 95 Männer) über 29 Jahre zu erhöhen, die im PLO registriert sind und für das I- oder II-Hilfeprofil qualifiziert sind, aus dem Kreis Wągrowiec, die mindestens einer der Kategorien von osób:kobiety angehören, Langzeitarbeitslose, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Geringqualifizierte einschl. über 50 Jahre. Das Projekt wird Arbeitsmarktinstrumente und -dienstleistungen anbieten, wie z. B.: Praktika, Schulungen, einmalige Unternehmensgründungen, Beratung und Jobvermittlung. Der Bereitstellung von Unterstützung in Form von Dienstleistungen und Instrumenten, die im Gesetz über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen vom 20. April 2004 festgelegt sind, wird eine eingehende Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädispositionen, der beruflichen Probleme eines bestimmten Teilnehmers/Teilnehmers des Projekts (z. B. durch die Festlegung des Beihilfeprofils und die Entwicklung/Aktualisierung des IPD) vorausgehen. Mit dieser Analyse wird es möglich sein, das Hilfsangebot so anzupassen, dass es den tatsächlichen Bedürfnissen eines bestimmten Teilnehmers/Teilnehmers entspricht. Das Projekt ist eine Form der Unterstützung für arbeitslose Frauen und Männer, die Schwierigkeiten haben, in den Arbeitsmarkt selbst einzutreten oder wiedereinzutreten, d. h. diejenigen, die über geringe Qualifikationen und Qualifikationen zur Berufsausübung verfügen, nicht über ausreichende Mittel verfügen, um ein eigenes Unternehmen aufzubauen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten van 200 personen (105 vrouwen en 95 mannen) ouder dan 29 jaar die werkloos zijn, geregistreerd in de PLO, gekwalificeerd voor het I- of II-hulpprofiel, uit de provincie Wągrowiec, behorend tot ten minste een van de categorieën osób:kobiety, langdurig werklozen, mensen met een handicap, laaggeschoolden, inclusief, ouder dan 50 jaar. Het project zal arbeidsmarktinstrumenten en -diensten bieden, zoals: stages, training, eenmalige start-ups, counseling en job mediation. De verlening van steun in de vorm van diensten en instrumenten die zijn gespecificeerd in de Wet ter bevordering van de instellingen voor de werkgelegenheid en de arbeidsmarkt van 20 april 2004 zal worden voorafgegaan door een grondige analyse van vaardigheden, aanleg, professionele problemen van een bepaalde deelnemer/deelnemers van het project (bv. door het opstellen van het steunprofiel en het ontwikkelen/bijwerken van het IPD). Deze analyse zal het mogelijk maken het aanbod van bijstand zodanig aan te passen dat tegemoet komt aan de werkelijke behoeften van een bepaalde deelnemer/deelnemer aan het project. Het project is een vorm van steun voor werkloze vrouwen en mannen die moeite hebben om zelfstandig de arbeidsmarkt te betreden of opnieuw te betreden, d.w.z. degenen die weinig vaardigheden en kwalificaties hebben om het beroep uit te oefenen, geen of weinig beroepservaring hebben, niet over voldoende middelen beschikken om een eigen bedrijf op te zetten. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd tussen 1 januari 2017 en 30.06.2018. De deelnemers zullen worden aangeworven tot 31.12.2017. Het bedrag van de KP-middelen voor de uitvoering van het project in 2017 zal 1,304 031,32 PLN en 261.500,00 PLN voor 2018 dekken, met nog eens 30 %. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de verwerving door werklozen van kwalificaties en ervaring en als gevolg van het aanvaarden van werk of bedrijfsactiviteiten. De uitvoering van het project zal in overeenstemming zijn met het horizontale beleid op het gebied van duurzame ontwikkeling en gelijke kansen. (Dutch)

L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro di 200 persone (105 donne e 95 uomini) di età superiore ai 29 anni che sono disoccupate, iscritte all'OLP, qualificate per il profilo di aiuto I o II, provenienti dalla contea di Wągrowiec, appartenenti ad almeno una delle categorie di osób:kobiety, disoccupati di lungo periodo, disabili, scarsamente qualificati compresi, oltre i 50 anni di età. Il progetto fornirà strumenti e servizi per il mercato del lavoro, quali: stage, formazione, start-up una tantum, consulenza e mediazione professionale. La fornitura di sostegno sotto forma di servizi e strumenti specificati nella legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro del 20 aprile 2004 sarà preceduta da un'analisi approfondita delle competenze, delle predisposizioni, dei problemi professionali di un determinato partecipante/partecipante al progetto (ad esempio, stabilendo il profilo degli aiuti e sviluppando/aggiornando la DPI). Questa analisi consentirà di adeguare l'offerta di assistenza in modo da soddisfare le reali esigenze di un determinato partecipante/partecipante del progetto. Il progetto è una forma di sostegno a donne e uomini disoccupati che hanno difficoltà a entrare o a rientrare nel mercato del lavoro da soli, vale a dire coloro che hanno scarse competenze e qualifiche per esercitare la professione, non hanno o hanno poca esperienza professionale, non dispongono di risorse sufficienti per avviare la propria attività. Il progetto sarà realizzato tra il 1º gennaio 2017 e il 30.6.2018. I partecipanti saranno assunti fino al 31.12.2017. L'importo dei fondi del PQ per l'attuazione del progetto nel 2017 coprirà 1,304,031,32 PLN e 261.500,00 PLN per il 2018 come ulteriore 30 %. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà l'acquisizione da parte dei disoccupati di qualifiche ed esperienze, nonché l'avvio di attività lavorative o imprenditoriali. L'attuazione del progetto sarà in linea con le politiche orizzontali in materia di sviluppo sostenibile e pari opportunità. (Italian)

El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo de 200 personas (105 mujeres y 95 hombres) de más de 29 años de edad, inscritas en la OLP, cualificadas para el perfil de ayuda I o II, del condado de Wągrowiec, pertenecientes al menos a una de las categorías de osób:kobiety, parados de larga duración, personas con discapacidad, incl. escasamente cualificadas, mayores de 50 años. El proyecto proporcionará instrumentos y servicios del mercado de trabajo, tales como: prácticas, formación, creación de empresas únicas, asesoramiento y mediación laboral. La prestación de apoyo en forma de servicios e instrumentos especificados en la Ley de promoción del empleo y de las instituciones del mercado de trabajo, de 20 de abril de 2004, irá precedida de un análisis en profundidad de las competencias, predisposiciones y problemas profesionales de un determinado participante o participante en el proyecto (por ejemplo, estableciendo el perfil de la ayuda y desarrollando o actualizando la DIP). Este análisis permitirá ajustar la oferta de asistencia de manera que satisfaga las necesidades reales de un determinado participante/participante del proyecto. El proyecto es una forma de apoyo a las mujeres y hombres desempleados que tienen dificultades para entrar o reincorporarse al mercado laboral por sí solos, es decir, aquellos que tienen poca capacidad y cualificación para ejercer la profesión, no tienen o tienen poca experiencia profesional, no disponen de recursos suficientes para establecer su propio negocio. El proyecto se llevará a cabo entre el 1 de enero de 2017 y el 30.6.2018. Los participantes serán contratados hasta el 31.12.2017. El importe de los fondos del PM para la ejecución del proyecto en 2017 cubrirá 1.304.031,32 PLN y 261,500,00 PLN para 2018 como un 30 %. El principal resultado del proyecto será la adquisición por personas desempleadas de cualificaciones y experiencia, y como resultado de la incorporación a actividades laborales o empresariales. La ejecución del proyecto se ajustará a las políticas horizontales en materia de desarrollo sostenible e igualdad de oportunidades. (Spanish)
