Der Vertrag vom 21.8.2017 mit der ersten Rechnung vom 7-11-2017 war für den 18.5.2017 vorgesehen. Die erhebliche Verzögerung bei der Errichtung der vorläufigen Räumlichkeiten und der damit verbundenen Infrastruktur der Finanzdienstleistungen (am 31. Dezember 2017 abgeschlossen) hat jedoch den Fortschritt der Arbeiten beeinträchtigt. Die Situation ist gerechtfertigt und in den internen Informationen des Stadtrates vom 24.5.2018 dargelegt.
