С проектното предложение „Патронажна грижа за възрастни хора и лица с увреждания в община Разлог“ ще се изпълнят политиките на настоящата операция за осигуряване на допълнителни публични ресурси за подкрепяне на мерките по време на въведеното звънредно положение и съпътсващия го наложителен период на социална изолация на територията на община Разлог, чрез осигуряване на мрежа от услуги в домашна среда с цел ограничаване контактите между хората, като бъдат подкрепени лицата, които са застрашени в най-голяма степен от COVID-19.Услугата ще се администрира в сграда, общинска собственост в гр. Разлог. Предвидените дейности са следните:1. Подбор на персонал за предоставяне на услуги за преодоляване последиците от коронавируса.2. Доставка на храна, хранителни продукти и продукти от първа необходимост, вкл. лекарства (закупени със средства на потребителите или с други средства, различни от тези по договора), заплащане на битови сметки, заявяване и получаване на неотложни административни услуги (със средства на потребителите или с други средства, различни от тези по договора).3. Осигуряване на лични предпазни средства и дезинфекциращи препарати за лицата, предоставящи услугите. Персоналът за предоставяне на услугата ще се състои от координатор, диспечер и разносвачи. Продължителността на проекта и на предоставянето на услугата на лицата от целевата група е 10 месеца, а услугите ще се предоставят в зависимост от нуждите на лицата от целевите групи и в необходим за тях момент. Броят потребители, които пряко ще бъдат засегнати от изпълнението на проекта в община Разлог е 77 лица.Реализирането на проектното предложение на Община Разлог допринася за превенция и подпомагане достъпа до услуги на уязвими лица, хора с увреждания в невъзможност за самообслужване, лица в карантинен период и дейности, пряко свързани с опазване здравето на лицата, които са застрашени в най-голяма степен от COVID-19. The project proposal “Patronage care for elderly people and persons with disabilities in Razlog Municipality” will implement the policies of the current operation to provide additional public resources to support the measures during the introduced belling situation and the accompanying period of social exclusion on the territory of Razlog municipality, by providing a network of services in a home environment with the aim of limiting contacts between people, by supporting those who are most threatened by COVID-19. The service will be administered in a building, municipal property in the town of Razlog. The envisaged activities are as follows:1. Selection of staff for the provision of coronavirus response services.2. The supply of food, food and essential products, including medicines (purchased with consumer funds or other means other than those under the contract), payment of utility bills, demanding and receiving urgent administrative services (with consumer funds or other means other than those under the contract).3. Provision of personal protective equipment and disinfectants for service providers. The staff to provide the service will be composed of a coordinator, dispatcher and delivery staff. The duration of the project and the provision of the service to the target group is 10 months and the services will be provided according to the needs of the target groups and at the time needed for them. The number of users who will be directly affected by the implementation of the project in the municipality of Razlog is 77 persons. The implementation of the project proposal of the Municipality of Razlog contributes to the prevention and support of access to services for vulnerable persons, people with disabilities in the inability of self-service, persons in quarantine period and activities directly related to the protection of the health of the persons who are most threatened by COVID-19. La proposition de projet «Soins aux personnes âgées et aux personnes handicapées dans la municipalité de Razlog» mettra en œuvre les politiques de l’opération actuelle visant à fournir des ressources publiques supplémentaires pour soutenir les mesures en cours de mise en œuvre et la période d’exclusion sociale qui l’accompagne sur le territoire de la municipalité de Razlog, en fournissant un réseau de services dans un environnement familial dans le but de limiter les contacts entre les personnes, en soutenant ceux qui sont les plus menacés par la COVID-19. Le service sera administré dans un bâtiment, propriété municipale dans la ville de Razlog. Les activités envisagées sont les suivantes: 1. Sélection du personnel pour la fourniture de services de réaction au coronavirus.2. La fourniture de denrées alimentaires, de denrées alimentaires et de produits essentiels, y compris les médicaments (achetés avec des fonds de consommation ou d’autres moyens que ceux prévus par le contrat), le paiement des factures de services publics, l’exigence et la réception de services administratifs urgents (avec des fonds de consommation ou d’autres moyens que ceux prévus par le contrat).3. Fourniture d’équipements de protection individuelle et de désinfectants pour les prestataires de services. Le personnel chargé de fournir le service sera composé d’un coordonnateur, d’un répartiteur et d’un personnel de livraison. La durée du projet et la fourniture du service au groupe cible sont de 10 mois et les services seront fournis en fonction des besoins des groupes cibles et au moment nécessaire pour eux. Le nombre d’utilisateurs qui seront directement touchés par la mise en œuvre du projet dans la municipalité de Razlog est de 77 personnes. La mise en œuvre de la proposition de projet de la municipalité de Razlog contribue à la prévention et au soutien de l’accès aux services pour les personnes vulnérables, les personnes handicapées dans l’incapacité d’exercer leur libre service, les personnes en période de quarantaine et les activités directement liées à la protection de la santé des personnes les plus menacées par la COVID-19.
