Celem projektu jest nabycie kompetencji pracowniczych u 20 uczniów/nic (10K,10M) z kierunku T.hotelarstwa oraz T.żywienia i usług gastronomicznych z Zespołu Szkół im. E.Biedrawiny Sukertowej w Malinowie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych w wyniku ukończenia formy wsparcia w postaci diagbizy, kursów/szkoleń i odbycia staży u pracodawców w okresie wrze2019-wrze2020 r. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na wzrost zatrudnialności uczestników projektu poprzez nabycie oraz potwierdzenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych i zastosowanie ich w praktyce u Pracodawcy. Działania pozwalają na zwiększenie zatrudnialności uczniów szkoły prowadzącej kształcenie zawodowe, w szczególności poprzez poprawę jakości kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt przyczynia się do wzmocnienia powiązania systemu kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego z rynkiem pracy oraz wzrostu jakości systemu szkoleń służącego zwiększeniu zdolności do zatrudnienia uczniów placówek kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt realizuje założenia MODEL 1. a) zdiagnozowanie ucznia/słuchacza pod kątem uzupełnienia jego umiejętności, kompetencji i uzyskiwania kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz kompetencji miękkich ułatwiających wejście na rynek pracy/kontynuację nauki w celu skierowania go na staż zawodowy oraz kursy/szkolenia (o ile dotyczy), z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów i słuchaczy objętych wsparciem b) realizacja staży zawodowych dla uczniów/słuchaczy w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy. Model został dodatkowo rozszerzony o wsparcie w postaci wyposażenie uczniów w dodatkowe umiejętności, kompetencje i kwalifikacje zawodowe oraz w miękkie kompetencje pracownicze, które zostaną uzyskane w trakcie kursów/szkoleń powiązanych z profilem kształcenia, wybranych przy udziale pracodawców i poprzedzonych diagnozą ucznia (Polish)

The aim of the project is to acquire employee competences from 20 pupils/nothing (10K,10M) from T.hotel and T. food and catering services from the E. Biedravina Sukertowa School Team in Malinów by obtaining qualifications and practical skills as a result of completion of the form of support in the form of diagbiza practice, courses/training courses and traineeships in the period of September2019-Wrzerze2020. Measures increase the employability of pupils in vocational training, in particular by improving the quality of vocational training. The project contributes to strengthening the link between VET and the labour market and increasing the quality of the training system to increase the employability of VET pupils. The project implements the assumptions of MODEL 1. a) diagnosing the student with a view to supplementing his/her skills, competences and obtaining professional qualifications and soft competences facilitating entry into the labour market/continuation of education in order to refer him to a traineeship and courses/training (if applicable), taking into account individual development and educational needs and psychophysical possibilities of pupils and students supported by b) implementing professional internships for pupils/listeners in real working conditions. The model has been extended to include support in the form of equipping pupils with additional skills, competences and professional qualifications and soft employee competences to be obtained during courses/training related to the education profile selected with the participation of employers and preceded by a diagnosis of the pupil (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’acquérir des compétences professionnelles auprès de 20 étudiants (10K,10M) à partir de la direction de T.hotel et T.nutrition et services de restauration du complexe scolaire E.Biedrawina Sukertowa de Malinów en obtenant des qualifications et des compétences pratiques grâce à l’achèvement de la forme de soutien sous la forme de diagbiza, des cours/formations et des stages avec les employeurs au cours de la période allant de septembre 2019 à septembre 2020. La mise en œuvre du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des participants au projet en acquérant et en confirmant les qualifications et les compétences pratiques et en les appliquant dans la pratique avec l’employeur. Ces mesures permettent d’accroître l’employabilité des élèves de l’école de formation professionnelle, notamment en améliorant la qualité de la formation professionnelle. Le projet contribue à renforcer le lien entre l’EFP et le marché du travail et à améliorer la qualité du système de formation afin d’accroître l’employabilité des étudiants de l’EFP. Le projet met en œuvre MODEL 1. a) Diagnostic de l’étudiant en vue de compléter ses aptitudes, ses compétences et l’obtention de qualifications professionnelles et de compétences non techniques facilitant l’entrée sur le marché du travail/la poursuite de l’apprentissage afin de l’orienter vers un stage professionnel et des cours/formations (le cas échéant), en tenant compte du développement individuel et des besoins éducatifs et des capacités psychophysiques des étudiants et des étudiants couverts par le soutien b) la mise en œuvre de stages professionnels pour les étudiants en conditions réelles de travail. Le modèle a été élargi de manière à inclure un soutien sous la forme d’un soutien visant à doter les étudiants d’aptitudes, de compétences et de qualifications professionnelles supplémentaires, ainsi que de compétences en main-d’œuvre souples, qui seront obtenues lors des cours/formations liés au profil éducatif, sélectionnés avec la participation d’employeurs et précédés d’un diagnostic de l’étudiant. Ziel des Projektes ist es, Mitarbeiterkompetenzen in 20 Studierenden (10K,10M) aus der Leitung von T.hotel und T.nutrition und Catering-Dienstleistungen des Schulkomplexes E.Biedrawina Sukertowa in Malinów zu erwerben, indem sie die Form der Unterstützung in Form von diagbiza, Kursen/Ausbildungen und Praktika bei Arbeitgebern im Zeitraum September 2019 bis September 2020 abschließen. Die Maßnahmen ermöglichen es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Schüler in der Berufsausbildung zu verbessern, insbesondere durch die Verbesserung der Qualität der Berufsausbildung. Das Projekt trägt dazu bei, die Verbindung zwischen Berufsbildung und Arbeitsmarkt zu stärken und die Qualität des Ausbildungssystems zu verbessern, um die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Studierenden in der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung zu verbessern. Das Projekt implementiert MODEL 1. a) Diagnose des Studierenden im Hinblick auf die Ergänzung seiner Fähigkeiten, Kompetenzen und den Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen und Soft-Kompetenzen zur Erleichterung des Eintritts in den Arbeitsmarkt/Fortsetzung des Lernens, um ihn auf eine berufliche Praktika und Kurse/Ausbildungen (falls zutreffend) zu verweisen, wobei individuelle Entwicklungs- und Bildungsbedürfnisse sowie psychophysische Fähigkeiten von Studierenden und Studenten, die unter die Unterstützung fallen, zu berücksichtigen sind b) die Durchführung von Berufspraktikum für Studierende unter realen Arbeitsbedingungen. Das Modell wurde weiter ausgebaut, um die Unterstützung in Form der Ausstattung der Studierenden mit zusätzlichen Fähigkeiten, Kompetenzen und beruflichen Qualifikationen sowie Soft-Work-Kompetenzen, die während der Kurse/Ausbildungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Bildungsprofil erworben werden, mit der Teilnahme von Arbeitgebern und einer Diagnose des Schülers auszuwählen.
