Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wągrowieckim. Projekt jest formą wsparcia dla bezrobotnych kobiet i mężczyzn, którym trudno samodzielnie wejść lub powrócić na rynek pracy. Projekt rozpocznie się od stycznia 2017 roku i będzie trwał do marca 2018 roku, rekrutacja zakończy się do dnia 31.03.2018 roku. Zakłada on objęcie wsparciem 275 bezrobotnych kobiet i mężczyzn w wieku 18-29 lat zakwalifikowanych do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). Przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji dla każdego z uczestników w ramach projektu, poprzedzone zostanie analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika/uczestniczki. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie zdobycie przez osoby bezrobotne kwalifikacji zawodowych i doświadczenia zawodowego, a w efekcie zatrudnienia. Realizacja projektu będzie spełniała standard minimum, zgodnie z Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób niepełnosprawnych i zasad równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn w funduszach unijnych na lata 2014-2020. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in the Wągrowiec district. The project is a form of support for unemployed men and women, who find it difficult to enter or return to the labour market on their own. The project will start from January 2017 and will run until March 2018, and the recruitment will be completed by 31.03.2018. It provides support for 275 unemployed women and men aged 18-29 who are eligible for the first aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or the second aid profile (so-called “requiring support”). Presentation of a specific activation offer for each participant in the project will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant/participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The main result of the project will be the acquisition by unemployed persons of professional qualifications and professional experience and as a result of employment. The implementation of the project will meet the minimum standard, in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principles of equal opportunities for women and men in EU funds for the period 2014-2020. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes âgés de 18 à 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Wągrowiecki. Le projet est une forme de soutien pour les femmes et les hommes au chômage qui sont difficiles à entrer ou à retourner sur le marché du travail eux-mêmes. Le projet débutera en janvier 2017 et durera jusqu’en mars 2018, le recrutement sera achevé d’ici le 31 mars 2018. Elle suppose que 275 femmes et hommes sans emploi âgés de 18 à 29 ans qui sont éligibles au profil de premiers secours (les «chômeurs actifs») ou au deuxième profil d’aide (appelé «requis d’aide») sont couverts. La présentation d’une offre d’activation spécifique pour chaque participant au projet sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant/participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Le principal résultat du projet sera l’acquisition par des chômeurs de qualifications professionnelles et d’une expérience professionnelle ainsi que par suite d’un emploi. La mise en œuvre du projet répondra à la norme minimale, conformément aux lignes directrices pour la mise en œuvre du principe de l’égalité des chances et de la non-discrimination, y compris l’accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées et les principes de l’égalité des chances pour les femmes et les hommes dans les fonds de l’UE pour la période 2014-2020. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen im Alter von 18 bis 29 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Wągrowiecki arbeitslos sind. Bei dem Projekt handelt es sich um eine Form der Unterstützung für arbeitslose Frauen und Männer, die allein schwer in den Arbeitsmarkt eintreten oder wieder in den Arbeitsmarkt zurückkehren können. Das Projekt beginnt im Januar 2017 und dauert bis März 2018 und wird bis zum 31.03.2018 abgeschlossen sein. Sie geht davon aus, dass 275 arbeitslose Frauen und Männer im Alter von 18 bis 29 Jahren, die für das erste Hilfsprofil (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das zweite Hilfsprofil (sogenannte „Förderbedarf“) in Betracht kommen, abgedeckt sind. Der Präsentation eines spezifischen Aktivierungsangebots für jeden Projektteilnehmer geht eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers/Teilnehmers voraus. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist der Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen und Berufserfahrung durch Arbeitslose und infolge einer Beschäftigung. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird im Einklang mit den Leitlinien für die Umsetzung des Grundsatzes der Chancengleichheit und Nichtdiskriminierung, einschließlich der Zugänglichkeit für Menschen mit Behinderungen und der Grundsätze der Chancengleichheit für Frauen und Männer in EU-Mitteln für den Zeitraum 2014-2020, dem Mindeststandard entsprechen.
