Recently, the number of Ukrainians in Poland is constantly increasing and more and more often you can hear the Ukrainian language in the streets of the cities, especially in Suwalki. The same situation is in Ukraine. Every year more and more young people - students come to study in Ternopil. Ukrainians in Suwalki, as well as Poles in Ternopil use the offers of banks, services of telecommunication operators, do shopping, etc. Despite the fact that the slavic languages are similar, communication is at the same time complicated. Taking into account these problems, we want to bring to the inhabitants and tourists of Suwałki the cultural and historical heritage of Ukraine, and to the inhabitants and tourists of Ternopil the cultural and historical heritage of Poland. Libraries are a place where you can safely spend time - get information, read a book, meet. Librarians are a professional group that can reach a large group of recipients. Therefore, an important target group of the project. The main goal of the project is the cultural rapprochement of the two neighbouring countries, especially of two cities of Suwalki and Ternopil. In order to achieve this goal the Days of the culture of Suwalki/Poland will be held in the libraries of Ternopil City, and the Days of the culture of Ternopil/Ukraine in the Suwalki City Library, during these events master classes of the folk artists, presentation of art-books dedicated to the famous persons of Suwalki and Ternopil and other activities will be organized. The project also foresees the organization of the action "The book that changed my life" (to form a library stocks in Suwalki and Ternopil), creating websites in Ukrainian addressed to Ukrainians staying in Suwałki and tourists from Ukraine interested in visiting Suwałki (Polish)

Récemment, le nombre d’Ukrainiens en Pologne est en constante augmentation et plus souvent vous pouvez entendre la langue ukrainienne dans les rues des villes, en particulier à Suwalki. La même situation est en Ukraine. Chaque année, de plus en plus de jeunes — les étudiants viennent étudier à Ternopil. Les Ukrainiens à Suwalki, ainsi que les Polonais de Ternopil utilisent les offres des banques, les services d’opérateurs de télécommunications, font des achats, etc. Malgré le fait que les langues slavic sont similaires, la communication est en même temps compliquée. Compte tenu de ces problèmes, nous voulons apporter aux habitants et aux touristes de Suwałki le patrimoine culturel et historique de l’Ukraine, ainsi qu’aux habitants et aux touristes de Ternopil le patrimoine culturel et historique de la Pologne. Les bibliothèques sont un endroit où vous pouvez passer du temps en toute sécurité — obtenir des informations, lire un livre, se rencontrer. Les bibliothécaires sont un groupe professionnel qui peut atteindre un grand groupe de bénéficiaires. Par conséquent, un groupe cible important du projet. L’objectif principal du projet est le rapprochement culturel des deux pays voisins, en particulier de deux villes de Suwalki et Ternopil. Afin d’atteindre cet objectif, les Journées de la culture de Suwalki/Pologne auront lieu dans les bibliothèques de la ville de Ternopil, et les Jours de la culture de Ternopil/Ukraine dans la Bibliothèque de la ville de Suwalki, au cours de ces événements master classes des artistes folkloriques, la présentation de livres d’art dédiés aux personnes célèbres de Suwalki et Ternopil et d’autres activités seront organisées. Le projet annonce également l’organisation de l’action «Le livre qui a changé ma vie» (pour former des stocks de bibliothèque à Suwalki et Ternopil), créant des sites web en ukrainien adressés aux Ukrainiens séjournant à Suwałki et aux touristes ukrainiens intéressés à visiter Suwałki (French)

In letzter Zeit nimmt die Zahl der Ukrainer in Polen ständig zu, und oft kann man die ukrainische Sprache auf den Straßen der Städte hören, vor allem in Suwalki. Die gleiche Situation ist in der Ukraine. Jedes Jahr kommen immer mehr junge Menschen in Ternopil zum Studium. Ukrainer in Suwalki, sowie Polen in Ternopil nutzen die Angebote von Banken, Dienstleistungen von Telekommunikationsbetreibern, tun Einkaufen, etc. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die slawischen Sprachen ähnlich sind, ist die Kommunikation gleichzeitig kompliziert. Angesichts dieser Probleme wollen wir den Bewohnern und Touristen von Suwałki das kulturelle und historische Erbe der Ukraine sowie den Bewohnern und Touristen von Ternopil das kulturelle und historische Erbe Polens bringen. Bibliotheken sind ein Ort, an dem Sie sicher Zeit verbringen können – erhalten Sie Informationen, lesen Sie ein Buch, treffen Sie sich. Bibliothekare sind eine professionelle Gruppe, die eine große Gruppe von Empfängern erreichen kann. Daher eine wichtige Zielgruppe des Projekts.
