Το έργο αφορά παρεμβάσεις αναβάθμισης και εκσυγχρονισμού του κτιρίου "Τριανόν", που βρίσκεται σε κομβική θέση στην παλιά πόλη του Ναυπλίου, στη βόρειο-ανατολική πλευρά στην κεντρική Πλατεία Συντάγματος, η οποία αποτελεί το «κέντρο βάρους» της παλιάς πόλης. Μαζί με το Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο και το «Βουλευτήριο», αποτελεί χωροταξικά μέρος του πλέγματος των κτιριακών μνημείων της παλιάς πόλης όπου διασταυρώνονται οι διαδρομές των επισκεπτών. Στην παλιά πόλη υπάρχουν πολλά κτίρια χαρακτηρισμένα ως νεώτερα μνημεία ή διατηρητέα, κυρίως κτίρια πολύ μικρότερης κλίμακας, ιδιωτικά ή δημόσιου χαρακτήρα, που φιλοξενούν μουσεία, επαγγελματικές χρήσεις και ιδιωτικές κατοικίες, σπανίζουν όμως τα κτίρια / μνημεία μεγάλου μεγέθους, που να μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν διάφορες χρήσεις. Το μόνο άλλο κτίριο που χρησιμοποιείται συχνά για διάφορες εκδηλώσεις είναι το Βουλευτήριο, που όμως δεν διαθέτει σύγχρονο εξοπλισμό ούτε προσβασιμότητα ΑμΕΑ, και βρίσκεται σε μικρή απόσταση.Στο πλαίσιο του παρόντος έργου θα πραγματοποιηθούν παρεμβάσεις αναβάθμισης και εκσυγχρονισμού του κτιρίου "Τριανόν" με στόχο να καταστήσει πιο ελκυστική την κεντρική πλατεία της παλιάς πόλης και να δημιουργήσει πρόσθετο πόλο έλξης. Λόγω του ότι από την πόλη και την περιοχή, απουσιάζει δημόσιος κλειστός πολυχρηστικός χώρος, το συντηρημένο και αναδειγμένο κτίριο του "Τριανόν" μπορεί να συμβάλει θετικά στο πολιτιστικό όσο και το τουριστικό κεφάλαιο της περιοχής. Θα αποτελέσει χωροταξικά σημαντικό και αναπόσπαστο μέρος ενός πλέγματος δράσεων, που το τελικό τους αποτέλεσμα θα είναι η διαμόρφωση ενός κατάλληλα εξοπλισμένου δημόσιου χώρου πολλαπλών χρήσεων, μοναδικού στο Δήμου του Ναυπλίου, ο οποίος θα φιλοξενεί συνέδρια, εκπαιδευτικές δράσεις όλων των βαθμίδων εκπαίδευσης, θεατρικά δρώμενα, εικαστικές εκθέσεις και άλλες παρεμφερείς δράσεις. The project concerns the upgrading and modernisation of the “Trianon” building, which is at a hub in the old town of Nafplio, on the north-east side of the central Syntagma Square, which is the “centre of weight” of the old city. Together with the Archaeological Museum and the “Vouilletirion”, it is part of the mesh of the buildings of the old town where the journeys of visitors cross. In the old town there are many buildings characterised as newer monuments or listed, mainly buildings of a much smaller scale, private or public, which host museums, business uses and private residences, but there are scarce buildings/monuments of large size that can accommodate various uses. The only other building that is often used for various events is the Bouleuterion, which does not have modern equipment or accessibility for people with disabilities, and is located a short distance away.In the context of this project, there will be improvements to the upgrading and modernisation of the “Trianon” building in order to make the central square of the old city more attractive and create an additional pole of attraction. Due to the absence of public closed multi-use space from the city and the area, the preserved and well-established building of “Trianon” can contribute positively to the cultural as well as the tourist capital of the region. It will be an important and integral part of a network of actions, whose final result will be the formation of a properly equipped multipurpose public space, unique in the Municipality of Nafplio, which will host conferences, educational activities of all levels of education, theatrical events, art exhibitions and other similar actions. Le projet concerne des interventions visant à moderniser et à moderniser le bâtiment «Trianon», qui est en position centrale dans la vieille ville de Nafplio, sur le côté nord-est de la place centrale Syntagma, qui est le «centre de gravité» de la vieille ville. Avec le Musée archéologique et le «Bulveirion», il s’agit d’une partie spatiale de la grille des monuments de construction de la vieille ville où les itinéraires des visiteurs se croisent. Dans la vieille ville, il y a de nombreux bâtiments classés comme des monuments plus récents ou conservés, principalement des bâtiments d’une échelle beaucoup plus petite, privés ou publics, qui accueillent des musées, des usages commerciaux et des maisons privées, mais les grands bâtiments/mémoires sont rares, qui peuvent accueillir divers usages. Le seul autre bâtiment qui est souvent utilisé pour diverses manifestations est le Parlement, qui, cependant, ne dispose pas d’équipements modernes ou d’accessibilité pour handicapés, et se trouve à une courte distance.Dans le cadre de ce projet, des interventions seront menées pour moderniser et moderniser le bâtiment «Trianon» afin de rendre la place centrale de la vieille ville plus attrayante et de créer une attraction supplémentaire. En raison de l’absence d’une zone publique fermée à usages multiples de la ville et de la région, le bâtiment préservé et éminent de «Trianon» peut contribuer positivement à la capitale culturelle et touristique de la région. Das Projekt betrifft Interventionen zur Modernisierung und Modernisierung des „Trianon“-Gebäudes, das sich in zentraler Lage in der Altstadt von Nafplio befindet, auf der nordöstlichen Seite des zentralen Syntagma-Platzes, das „Zentrum der Schwerkraft“ der Altstadt ist. Neben dem Archäologischen Museum und dem „Bulveirion“ ist es ein räumlicher Teil des Rasters der Baudenkmäler der Altstadt, wo sich die Routen der Besucher kreuzen. In der Altstadt gibt es viele Gebäude, die als neuere Monumente klassifiziert oder erhalten werden, vor allem Gebäude von einem viel kleineren Maßstab, private oder öffentliche, die Museen, Geschäftszwecke und Privatwohnungen beherbergt, aber große Gebäude/Erinnerungen sind selten, die verschiedene Nutzungen aufnehmen können. Das einzige andere Gebäude, das oft für verschiedene Veranstaltungen genutzt wird, ist das Parlament, das jedoch keine moderne Ausrüstung oder behinderte Zugänglichkeit hat und in kurzer Entfernung ist.Im Rahmen dieses Projekts werden Interventionen durchgeführt, um das „Trianon“ Gebäude zu modernisieren und zu modernisieren, um den zentralen Platz der Altstadt attraktiver zu machen und eine zusätzliche Attraktion zu schaffen. Aufgrund des Fehlens eines öffentlichen geschlossenen Multi-Use-Bereichs aus der Stadt und dem Gebiet, kann das erhaltene und prominente Gebäude von „Trianon“ positiv zur kulturellen und touristischen Hauptstadt der Region beitragen.
