Proiectul isi propune ca OBIECTIV GENERAL imbunatatirea competentelor profesionale a unui numar de 182 de viitori absolventi din invatamantul secundar si tertiar non-universitar (liceele tehnologice, scoli profesionale si/sau postliceale) din regiunea SV Oltenia, cu domiciliul intr-una din Regiunile mai putin dezvoltate ale Romaniei, in vederea cresterii gradului lor de ocupare pe piata muncii intr-un interval de 24 de luni. Proiectul vizeaza ca din totalul de elevi sprijiniti cel putin 19 elevi sa apartina minoritatii roma si/sau elevi din mediul rural, inscrisi la unitati de invatamant secundar si tertiar non-universitar (liceele tehnologice, scoli profesionale sau postliceale) din reg. SV Oltenia cu diferite domenii de specializare precum: Comert, Turism si Alimentatie, Industrie Alimentara, Mecanica si Electric si calificari precum: Nivel 3 calificare: Comerciant-Vanzator, Ospatar (Chelner) vanzator in unitati de alimentatie, Mecanic agricol, Ospatar (Chelner) vanzator in unitati de alimentatie, Bucatar Nivel 4 calificare: Tehnician in achizitii si contractari, Tehnician in turism, Tehnician in industria alimentara, Tehnician mecatronist, Tehnician mecanic pentru intretineri si reparatii, Tehnician in instalatii electrice. Scopul proiectului este ca sprijinul oferit sa contribuie la cresterea gradului lor de ocupare pe piata muncii intr-un orizont de timp de 24 de luni, ca urmare a participarii la activitati de orientare, consiliere profesionala si de invatare la un potential loc de munca prin stagii de practica, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. CONTRIBUTIA PROIECTULUI LA REALIZAREA OBIECTIVULUI SPECIFIC AL PROGRAMULUI SI AL APELULUI Obiectivul proiectului a fost stabilit in conformitate cu obiectivul tematic 10, prioritatea de investitii 10.iv si obiectivul specific POCU 2014-2020, respectiv obiectivul 6.14 „Cresterea participarii la programe de invatare la locul de munca a elevilor si ucenicilor din invatamantul secundar si tertiar non-universitar, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si din domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI”. Astfel, proiectul prevede activitati cu scopul de a creste competentele grupului tinta si de a le oferi acestora aptitudinile necesare pentru a-si gasi un loc de munca, pentru un bun tranzit de la scoala la viata activa. Proiectul faciliteaza in acest sens accesul grupului tinta pe piata muncii prin actiuni corelate si coordonate cu directiile de actiune POCU 2014-2020, aducandu-si aportul la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului prin: Sprijinirea pentru incheierea unor parteneriate sustenabile intre unitatile de invatamant secundar si tertiar non-universitar (liceele tehnologice, scoli profesionale sau postliceale) din reg. The project aims to improve the professional skills of 182 future graduates from secondary and third non-university education (technological schools, vocational and/or post-secondary schools) from the SV Oltenia region, residing in one of the less developed regions of Romania, in order to increase their employment on the labour market within 24 months. The project aims to ensure that out of the total number of students supported at least 19 students belong to the Roma minority and/or rural pupils, enrolled in secondary and non-university non-university education units (technological schools, vocational or post-secondary schools) from the reg. SV Oltenia with different areas of specialisation such as: Commerce, Tourism and Food, Food, Mechanical and Electrical Industry and Qualifications such as: Level 3 qualification: Merchant-Vanzator, Ospatar (Chelner) Seller in Food Units, Agricultural Mechanical, Ospatar (Chelner) Seller in Eating Units, Kitchen Level 4 Qualification: Purchasing and contracting technician, Tourism technician, Food Industry Technician, Mechatronist Technician, Mechatronist Technician for maintenance and repairs, Electrical Installation Technician. The aim of the project is that the support offered to contribute to increasing their employment on the labour market within a 24-month horizon, as a result of participating in activities of guidance, professional counselling and learning at a potential job through internships, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. The project’s contribution to the specific objective of the project was established in accordance with thematic objective 10, investment priority 10.iv and specific objective POCU 2014-2020, respectively objective 6.14 “Increasing participation in work-based learning programmes of students and apprentices from secondary and non-university education, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI”. Thus, the project provides activities in order to increase the competences of the target group and to provide them with the necessary skills to find a job, for a good transit from school to active life. Le projet vise à améliorer les compétences professionnelles de 182 futurs diplômés de l’enseignement secondaire et troisième de l’enseignement non universitaire (écoles de technologie, écoles professionnelles et/ou postsecondaires) de la région SV Oltenia, résidant dans l’une des régions moins développées de Roumanie, afin d’accroître leur emploi sur le marché du travail dans un délai de 24 mois. Le projet vise à faire en sorte que, sur le nombre total d’étudiants soutenus, au moins 19 étudiants appartiennent à la minorité rom et/ou à des élèves ruraux, inscrits dans des unités d’enseignement secondaire et non universitaire (écoles de technologie, écoles professionnelles ou postsecondaires) du reg. SV Oltenia avec différents domaines de spécialisation tels que: Commerce, tourisme et alimentation, alimentation, industrie mécanique et électrique et qualifications telles que: Qualification de niveau 3: Marchand-Vanzator, Ospatar (Chelner) Vendeur en Unités alimentaires, Mécanique Agricole, Ospatar (Chelner) Vendeur en unités alimentaires, Cuisine Niveau 4 Qualification: Technicien en achats et sous-traitance, technicien en tourisme, technicien en industrie alimentaire, technicien en méchatroniste, technicien en entretien et en réparation, technicien en installation électrique. L’objectif du projet est que le soutien offert pour contribuer à accroître leur emploi sur le marché du travail dans un horizon de 24 mois, grâce à la participation à des activités d’orientation, de conseil professionnel et d’apprentissage dans un emploi potentiel par le biais de stages, en mettant l’accent sur les secteurs économiques à potentiel concurrentiel identifiés selon les NCN et les domaines de spécialisation intelligente selon le SNCDI. La contribution du projet à l’objectif spécifique du projet a été établie conformément à l’objectif thématique 10, priorité d’investissement 10.iv et objectif spécifique POCU 2014-2020, respectivement objectif 6.14 «Accroître la participation aux programmes d’apprentissage par le travail des étudiants et des apprentis de l’enseignement secondaire et non universitaire, en mettant l’accent sur les secteurs économiques à potentiel concurrentiel identifiés selon les NCN et dans les domaines de spécialisation intelligente selon le SNCDI». Ainsi, le projet prévoit des activités visant à accroître les compétences du groupe cible et à lui fournir les compétences nécessaires pour trouver un emploi, pour un bon passage de l’école à la vie active. Le projet facilite l’accès du groupe cible au marché du travail au moyen d’actions corrélées et coordonnées avec les orientations d’action 2014-2020 du POCU, contribuant ainsi à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique du programme et appelant à: Soutien à la conclusion de partenariats durables entre les unités d’enseignement secondaire et troisième (écoles de technologie, écoles professionnelles ou postsecondaires) du règlement.
