Am Projekt nehmen Schüler/innen der Klassenstufe 9 teil, die sich zeitnah um einen Ausbildungsplatz bewerben und damit einen Grundstein für ihre berufliche Zukunft legen. Diese Bedeutung ist vielen Jugendlichen dieses Alters nicht bewusst und steht auch nicht im Mittelpunkt der Aufmerksamkeit und Interessen dieser Altersgruppe. Deshalb ist es besonders wichtig, dass sie Gelegenheit erhalten, umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Bereich der Berufsorientierung zu sammeln. Die methodischen Konzepte der Projektumsetzung berücksichtigen dabei die unterschiedlichen individuellen Bedürfnisse und Entwicklungsstände dieser Altersgruppe und passen das Anforderungsniveau in Umfang und Intensität an die einzelnen Teilnehmer an. Die Schüler/innen benötigen Unterstützung und ausreichend Zeit, um sich ihrer Stärken bewusst zu werden und diese in Verbindung mit beruflichen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zu bewerten und einzuordnen. Ihnen müssen die Anforderungen im Bewerbungs- und Arbeitsprozess bekannt sein und sie müssen diese mit ihren eigenen Kenntnissen und Fähigkeiten realistisch abgleichen und bewerten können. Die intensive Auseinandersetzung mit sich selbst, die fortlaufende Reflexion der Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse kombiniert mit der praktischen und realitätsbezogenen Erprobung ermöglicht einen Entwicklungsprozess, der die Berufswahlkompetenz und den Jugendlichen als Person reifen lässt und somit zu einer Bewerbung um einen passgenauen Ausbildungsplatz beiträgt. The project involves students of grade 9 who apply for a training place in a timely manner and thus lay a foundation for their professional future. Many young people of this age are unaware of this importance and are not at the centre of the attention and interests of this age group. It is therefore particularly important that they have the opportunity to gain extensive experience in the field of occupational orientation. The methodological concepts of project implementation take into account the different individual needs and levels of development of this age group and adapt the level of requirements in terms of scope and intensity to the individual participants. Students need support and sufficient time to become aware of their strengths and evaluate and classify them in connection with career development opportunities. They must be aware of the requirements in the application and work process and must be able to realistically compare and evaluate them with their own knowledge and skills. The intensive examination of oneself, the continuous reflection of experiences and findings combined with practical and reality-related testing enables a development process that allows the career choice competence and the young people as a person to mature and thus contributes to an application for a tailor-made training place.
