CULTUR'AILES s'inscrit dans une dynamique globale. Notre travail sur l'accès à l'offre et à la médiation culturelle se fait dans un souci de développer, l'ancrage dans son quartier et la ville ainsi que de développer des compétences transférables dans le monde du travail. En 2005, nous avons adhéré à la mobilisation du PLIE/ALLIES autour du principe de sensibilisation des publics en accompagnement socioprofessionnel à l'offre culturelle et avions, alors, intégré le réseau "Culture pour tous". Nous mobilisons l'offre et le réseau « Culture pour tous » et travaillons en collaboration avec les différentes structures culturelles du territoire. Nous sollicitons et prenons en compte les demandes des personnes que nous recevons pour les projets mis en place. L'objectif est de situer la personne en tant qu'actrice. Au départ, nous nous sommes appuyés sur des évènements ponctuels locaux et des propositions émanant d'artistes pour faire vivre cette action. Progressivement, nous avons amené les participants eux-mêmes à se positionner sur des projets et à en être acteurs à part entière. Sur cette opération, nous mobilisons directement des outils culturels et/ou travaillons en collaboration avec d'autres structures, qui les mobilisent sur le territoire. L'une des richesses de cette action est le brassage socio-économique, professionnel et linguistique des participants. En nous appuyant sur cette richesse, nous nous plaçons dans une perspective de rayonnement linguistique et créatif sur le quartier et sur l'agglomération. Nous nous positionnons, également, sur une réflexion de trouver et/ou de mettre en place des projets alternatifs permettant aux participants de continuer à participer à la société économique. En effet, nous nous inscrivons dans tous les projets permettant l'émergence de l'expression particulière de chacun et l'expression colective de tous. Par la médiation culturelle, cette action replace chaque participant comme acteur de son parcours d'insertion socioprofessionnelle. (French)

CULTUR’AILES is part of a global dynamic. Our work on access to offer and cultural mediation is done with a view to developing, anchoring in one’s neighbourhood and the city as well as developing transferable skills in the world of work. In 2005, we joined the mobilisation of PLIE/ALLIES around the principle of raising awareness among the public in socio-professional support to cultural offerings and planes, then integrated the network “Culture for All”. We mobilise the offer and network “Culture for All” and work in collaboration with the different cultural structures of the territory. We seek and take into account the requests of the people we receive for the projects that have been put in place. The goal is to situate the person as an actress. Initially, we relied on local occasional events and proposals from artists to bring this action to life. Gradually, we have led the participants themselves to position themselves on projects and to be fully involved in them. On this operation, we directly mobilise cultural tools and/or work in collaboration with other structures, which mobilise them on the territory. One of the riches of this action is the socio-economic, professional and linguistic mix of the participants. Building on this wealth, we place ourselves in a perspective of linguistic and creative influence in the neighbourhood and on the urban area. We also consider finding and/or putting in place alternative projects that allow participants to continue to participate in economic society. Indeed, we are inscribed in all the projects enabling the emergence of the particular expression of each and the colective expression of all. Through cultural mediation, this action places each participant as an actor in his/her socio-professional integration pathway. (English)
