Les actions conduites par les AIP visent à : Aider les publics bénéficiaires du RSA et leurs conjoints (relevant de l'art. L 262-27 et suivants) à construire et à s'approprier un parcours réaliste et réalisable d'insertion, de réinsertion ou de transition professionnelle et à surmonter progressivement les difficultés rencontrées. Il s'agit d'un accompagnement personnalisé et renforcé : rythme de rencontres soutenu et méthode d'accompagnement participative. Les étapes de l'accompagnement renforcé sont au nombre de 4 : 1. effectuer un diagnostic de la situation professionnelle avec le bénéficiaire 2. l'aider à construire un projet professionnel réaliste et réalisable 3. l'accompagner dans sa définition et finalisation 4. l'accompagner ensuite vers une recherche d'emploi active. This is a personalised and reinforced support: pace of meetings sustained and method of participatory support. The stages of enhanced support are 4: 1. make a diagnosis of the working situation with the beneficiary 2. help him to build a realistic and feasible professional project 3. accompany him in his definition and finalisation 4. then accompany him to an active job search.
