Ziel des Projektes ist die Entwicklung von neuartigen flüssigsilikonformwerkzeugen sowie die Bereitstellung einer dazugehörigen Prozesskette zu deren wirtschaftlichen Fertigung. Die projektspezifischen Aufgaben der Roeper GmbH umfassen u. a . die Entwicklung eines Designkonzepts, die Konzeption und Entwicklung geeigneter Entlüftungsstrategien sowie die Realisierung der Teilentwicklungen durch Fertigung prototypischer Formeinsätze für die iterativen experimentellen Untersuchungen. The aim of the project is the development of novel liquid silicone-compliant tools as well as the provision of a corresponding process chain for their economic production. Roeper GmbH’s project-specific tasks include, among other things, the development of a design concept, the conception and development of suitable ventilation strategies as well as the realisation of the partial developments through the production of prototypical mold inserts for the iterative experimental investigations.
