    Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in cresterea oportunitatilor de dezvoltare profesionala a 380 de tineri NEETs someri cu varsta intre 16 - 29 ani, cu asigurarea accesului pe piata muncii si cresterea sanselor de insertie profesionala, prin implementarea unor masuri durabile de ocupare, cu caracter activ, preventiv, inovativ si flexibil, (programe de formare profesionala, mediere, sesiuni de coaching personal si profesional) si dezvoltarea unor competente adecvate care sa raspunda nevoilor pietei fortei de munca, pentru cresterea calitatii vietii si o integrare stabila pe piata muncii, in decursul a 24 luni, la nivelul regiunii de implementare Centru, judetele Brasov, Alba, Covasna, Harghita, Mures, Sibiu. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului tematic 8, prioritatilor de investitii si obiectivelor specifice OS2.1, OS2.2. ale programului/axei prioritare AP 2/ PI 8.ii prin imbunatatirea nivelului de competente, prin programe de formare continua si prin evaluarea si certificarea competentelor dobandite in sistem non-formal si informal, prin servicii de mediere, participarea la interviuri de angajare, job-cluburi, crearea de parteneriate pentru dezvoltarea de abordari inovative pentru integrarea pe piata fortei de munca a tinerilor NEETs someri, desfasurarea de activitati proactive pentru mentinerea somerilor pe piata muncii, activitati de acompaniament inovatoare, sesiuni de coaching personal/dezvoltare personala si profesionala. Proiectul urmareste pe tot parcursul sau firul rosu reprezentat de prioritatiile stabilite prin strategiile relevante, Strategia Europa 2020; Planul de Implementare a Garantiei pentru Tineret 2017 – 2020; Programul Operational Capital Uman 2014-2020; Strategia Nationala pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca 2014-2020; Strategia nationala de invatare pe tot parcursul vietii 2015-2020; Strategia Guvernului Romaniei de Incluziune a Cetatenilor Romani apartinand Minoritatii Romilor 2012-2020; prin care se stabilesc prioritatile de investitii, obiectivele specifice si actiunile asumate de catre Romania in domeniul resurselor umane, continuand astfel investitiile realizate prin Fondul Social European in perioada 2007‐2013 si contribuind, totodata, la atingerea obiectivului general al Acordului de Parteneriat (AP 2014‐2020) ‐ implicit al Fondurilor Europene Structurale si de Investitii din Romania, si anume, de a reduce disparitatile de dezvoltare economica si sociala dintre Romania si Statele Membre ale UE: crestere inteligenta, crestere durabila, crestere favorabila incluziunii si obiectivele propuse in cadrul celor cinci domenii de interes: ocupare, inovare, schimbari climatice, educatie, reducerea saraciei.     The general objective of the project is to increase the opportunities for professional development of 380 young unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, ensuring access to the labour market and increasing the chances of professional insertion, by implementing sustainable measures of employment, active, preventive, innovative and flexible, (vocational training programs, mediation, personal and professional coaching sessions) and the development of adequate skills to meet the needs of the labour market, in order to increase the quality of life and a stable integration on the labour market, during 24 months, at the level of the implementation region Centre, the counties of Brasov, Alba, Covasna, Harghita, Mures, Sibiu. The project contributes to the achievement of thematic objective 8, investment priorities and specific objectives OS2.1, OS2.2. of the program/priority axis AP 2/PI 8.ii by improving the level of competences, through continuous training programs and by assessing and certifying skills acquired in non-formal and informal system, mediation services, participation in job interviews, job-clubs, creating partnerships for developing innovative approaches for the integration of unemployed NEETs on the labour market, carrying out proactive activities to maintain unemployed people on the labour market, innovative accompaniment activities, personal coaching sessions/personal and professional development. The project follows throughout or the red line represented by the priorities set out in the relevant strategies, the Europe 2020 strategy; Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan 2017-2020; Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020; National Strategy for Employment 2014-2020; National Lifelong Learning Strategy 2015-2020; The Romanian Government’s Strategy of Inclusion of Romanian Citizens belonging to Roma Minority 2012-2020; establishing the investment priorities, specific objectives and actions assumed by Romania in the field of human resources, thus continuing the investments made through the European Social Fund in the period 2007-2013 and contributing, at the same time, to the achievement of the general objective of the Partnership Agreement (PA 2014-2020) – implicitly of the European Structural and Investment Funds in Romania, namely, to reduce the economic and social development disparities between Romania and the EU Member States: smart growth, sustainable growth, inclusive growth and objectives within the five areas of interest: employment, innovation, climate change, education, poverty reduction.
