Cresterea numarului de absolventi de invatamant superior din domenii de specializare inteligenta aferente Facultatilor de Stiinte si Inginerie, proveniti din medii defavorizate, prin masuri active (consiliere, programe antreprenoriale, cresterea competentelor profesionale ale cadrelor didactice universitare, acordarea de burse, interactiunea activa cu partenerii sociali din mediul economic). Proiectul va fi implementat de catre Universitatea din Craiova. Grupul tinta va cuprinde urmatoarele categorii: - 300 de elevi de liceu (clasele XI-XII) cu domiciliul in Regiuniea S-V Oltenia; - 440 de studenti din domenii de specializare inteligenta, cu prioritate din domeniile de licenta urmatoare:Stiinte- Chimie,Biochimie Tehnologică,Chimie Farmaceutică, Chimia mediului,Fizică medicala, Fizică informatică, Matematică, Matematică informatică, Informatică Inginerie -:Electromecanica, Inginerie Electrica si Calculatoare, Informatica Industriala, Ingineria Sistemelor Electroenergetice, Echipamente si Instalatii pentru Aviatie, Automatică şi informatică aplicată, Ingineria sistemelor multimedia, Calculatoare, Electronică aplicată, Mecatronică, Robotică, Inginerie economica industrial, Ingineria si protectia mediului in industrie, Navigatie, transport maritim si fluvial, Ingineria sudarii, Stiinta materialelor Minim 300 de studenti vor proveni din categorii defavorizate (mediul rural, studenti netraditionali, romi); - 80 de cadre didactice universitare. Implementarea proiectului va aduce urmatoarele beneficii: -cresterea numarului de persoane din medii defavorizate care finalizeaza studiile superioare cu cel putin 300 de persoane; -scaderea semnificativa a numarului de studenti care abandoneaza studiile superioare (estimam ca peste 90% din grupul tinta va finaliza studiile superioare datorita masurilor de sprijin acordate prin proiect); -dezvoltarea spiritului antreprenorial al studentilor din grupul tinta; -diversificarea ofertelor educationale prin cursuri cu caracter antreprenorial; -cresterea competentelor didactice cu aplicatii in antreprenoriat pentru 80 de cadre didactice universitare. Pe termen lung implementarea proiectului va genera urmatoarele beneficii: -cresterea relevantei formarii profesionale in mediul univerisitar prin apropierea curriculei academice de cerintele mediului economic; -cresterea numarului de firme infiintate de catre absolventii de studii superioare; -cresterea calitatii procesului de invatamant in universitate. Increasing the number of higher education graduates from fields of intelligent specialisation related to the Faculty of Sciences and Engineering, coming from disadvantaged backgrounds, through active measures (advice, entrepreneurial programs, increasing the professional skills of university teachers, awarding scholarships, active interaction with social partners in the economic environment). The project will be implemented by the University of Craiova. The target group will comprise the following categories: — 300 high school students (class XI-XII) residing in the region of S-V Oltenia; — 440 students from fields of intelligent specialisation, with priority from the fields of urmatoare:Stiinte- Chemistry, Technological Biochemistry, Pharmacy Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Medical Physics, Computer Physics, Mathematics, Computer Mathematics, Engineering Informatics -:Electromecanica, Electrical Engineering and Computers, Industrial Informatics, electrical Systems Engineering, Equipment and Installations for Aviation, Automation and Applied Computer Science, Multimedia Systems Engineering, Computers, Applied Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Industrial Economic Engineering, Engineering and Environmental Protection in Industry, Navigation, Maritime and River Transport, Welding Engineering, Material Science Minimum 300 students will come from disadvantaged categories (rural environment, non-traditional students, Roma); 80 academics. The implementation of the project will bring the following benefits: —increasing the number of people from disadvantaged backgrounds that complete higher education with at least 300 people; —the significant decrease of the number of students who drop out of higher education (we estimate that over 90 % of the target group will complete the higher education due to the support measures provided by the project); development of the entrepreneurial spirit of the students from the target group; —diversification of educational offers through entrepreneurial courses; —increasing teaching skills with applications in entrepreneurship for 80 academics. In the long term the implementation of the project will generate the following benefits: —increasing the relevance of professional training in the university environment by bringing the academic curriculum closer to the requirements of the economic environment; —increasing the number of companies set up by graduates of higher education; —increasing the quality of the university education process.
