Obec Ratková má vo svojom katastrálnom území početnú rómsku meninu. Vzhžadom na to, e ide z vežkej časti o sociálne znevýhodnené skupiny, eviduje aj mnostvo negatívnych javov, ktoré vyplývajú zo zlej finančnej situácie jej obyvatežov. Spôsobuje to mnostvo problémov pre obec. Pre takéto osídlenia je typická existencia patologických javov, ktoré nie sú spoločensky iadúce. Ide napríklad o drobnú kriminalitu, ale aj priestupky proti občianskemu spolunaívaniu, vytvárania nelegálnych skládok a pod. Situáciu je moné riei práve existenciou občianskych hliadok, ktoré by zabezpečovali poriadok a bezproblémové spolunaívanie obyvatežov osady medzi sebou a takisto s obyvatežmi obce. Práve občianske hliadky by pomohli odstráni tieto negatívne javy a situáciu v obci zlepi, čím sa zlepia podmienky ivota jej obyvatežov, kvalita ivota obyvatežov obce, či u ide o väčinové alebo meninové obyvatežstvo. Hlavným ciežom projektu je: podporova komplexné poskytovanie miestnej občianskej poriadkovej sluby v obci Ratková. Realizácia je zabezpečená tým spôsobom, e sa budú pri činnosti strieda dve hliadky po dvoch členoch. Tí budú pôsobi v lokalite v súlade s predmetom výzvy. (Slovak)

The village Ratková has a large Roma name in its cadastral territory. In view of the fact that the socially disadvantaged groups are in large part, there are also a number of negative phenomena resulting from the poor financial situation of her inhabitants. It’s causing a lot of trouble for the village. Such settlements are characterised by the existence of pathological phenomena that are not socially undesirable. These include, for example, small-scale crime, but also offences against civic co-habiting, the creation of illegal landfills, etc. The situation can be solved precisely by the existence of civil patrols that would ensure the order and smooth coexistence of the inhabitants of the settlement with each other and also with the inhabitants of the village. Civil patrols would help to eliminate these negative phenomena and the situation in the village badly, thereby improving the conditions of life of its inhabitants, the quality of life of the inhabitants of the village, whether it is a majority or a currency population. The main objective of the project is to: support the comprehensive provision of local civil order services in the village Ratková. Implementation is ensured in such a way that two patrols are alternated between two members. They will operate on the site in accordance with the subject of the call. (English)
