Eesmärk on tugevdada koostööd ja tõsta õppekvaliteeti Kehtna KHK toitlustusvaldkonnas kolmepoolselt: kooli, õppijate ja praktikaettevõtete vahel. Projekti tulemusena: a) paraneb valdkonna ettevõttepraktikate kvaliteet, b) valdkonna kutseõpetajad saavad uusi teadmisi ja töökogemusi toitlustusettevõttest, mida rakendatakse igapäevases õpetustegevuses, c) koka eriala õppijad, kes omandavad spetsiifilisi uusi erialaseid oskusi meistriklassides, d) sagenevad kontaktid, pareneb koostöö ettevõtetega. The aim is to strengthen cooperation and increase the quality of learning in the field of catering by Kehtna KHK tripartite: between schools, learners and internship companies. As a result of the project: a) the quality of company internships in the field will improve, b) professional teachers in the field will gain new knowledge and work experience from the catering company, which will be applied in daily teaching activities, c) students in the chef speciality who acquire specific new professional skills in master classes, d) increasing contacts, improving cooperation with companies.
