Celem gł. proj. jest ulatwienie powrotu do aktywności zawodowej 30 osób z terenu Gminy Bielsk sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie Klubu Dziecięcego (KD) w Gminie Bielsk (30 nowych miejsc) i finansowanie jego bieżącego funkcjonowania w okresie 1.08.2019-31.12.2021 r. Założenia projektu zakładają realizację typu operacji nr 1. Cel gł. zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących celów szczegół.: 1. Utworzenie KD, w kt. dostępnych będzie 30 miejsc opieki nad dz. do lat 3 w okresie 1.08.2019-31.12.2019 r.; 2. Bieżące funkcjonowanie utworzonych 30 miejsc opieki w okresie 1.01.2020-31.12.2021 r. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią osoby zamieszkujące, pracujące lub uczące się na terenie Gminy Bielsk (woj. mazowieckie), w tym: a) osoby bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowo pozostające poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym osoby które, które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywają na urlopie wychowawczym (w rozum. KP) - 3 osoby (2K): 2K bierne zawodowo, 1K bezrobotna. b) osoby pracujące, sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 – 27 osoby (27K). Mierzalne efekty realizacji projektu zostaną wyrażone następującymi wskaźnikami: - liczbą osób, kt. powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie po opuszczeniu programu - 22 osoby (22K), - liczbą osób pozostających bez pracy, kt. znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 3 osoby (3K), - liczbą utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 funkcjonujących po zakończeniu programu - 30 szt. The aim of the project is to make it easier for 30 people from the municipality of Bielsk to take care of children up to 3 years of age to return to work by creating a Children’s Club (KD) in Bielsk Commune (30 new places) and to finance its current operation during the period 01/08/2019-31.12.2021. The project’s assumptions presuppose the implementation of the type of operation no. 1. The main objective will be achieved by achieving the following specific objectives: 1. Creation of the KD, in which 30 places of care will be available for up to 3 years in the period 01/08/2019-31.12.2019; 2. The current operation of the 30 places of care created in the period 1.01.2020-31.12.2021. The target group of the project is people living, working or studying in the municipality of Bielsk (Mazowieckie Voivodeship), including: unemployed or economically inactive persons outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3 years, including those who have interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or are on parental leave (in reasoning. KP) – 3 persons (2K): 2K inactive, 1K unemployed. b) persons working with children up to 3-27 years old (27K). The measurable effects of the project will be expressed in the following indicators: — the number of people who returned to the labour market after a break related to the birth/earning of a child or maintained employment after leaving the programme – 22 persons (22K), – the number of people left unemployed, who found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the programme – 3 persons (3K), – the number of childcare facilities created for children up to 3 years of age operating after the end of the programme – 30 units.
