The goal of the project is to support companies in Norrbotten that have suffered negative effects as a result of COVID-19. The project is a framework project for financial support for consulting services that can go to companies with a documented need to implement one or more concrete measures to ensure the long-term survival of the business and thereby enable sustainable growth after the COVID-19 crisis. The measures may include, for example, consultancy services for legal and financial efforts, organisational adaptation, market adaptation or the like. The target group is small and medium-sized companies that conduct market-based activities in Norrbotten County. In the project there will also be a picture of how companies in Norrbotten are affected by, and handle the effects of Covid-19 in the short and long term. This is in order to ensure that the support is correctly designed taking into account the needs that exist and that the support fills a gap in relation to other possible support efforts. During the course of the project, the project will evaluate and, if necessary, redirect the project to other initiatives assessed more relevant within the project’s objectives. Målet med projektet är att stötta företag i Norrbotten som drabbats av negativa effekter till följd av COVID-19. Projektet utgör ett ramprojekt för finansiellt stöd för konsulttjänster som kan gå till företag med ett dokumenterat behov av att genomföra en eller flera konkreta åtgärder i syfte att säkra verksamhetens långsiktiga fortlevnad och därmed möjliggöra en hållbar tillväxt efter krisen i samband med COVID-19. Åtgärderna kan till exempel avse konsulttjänster för juridiska och ekonomiska insatser, organisationsanpassning, marknadsanpassning eller liknande. Målgruppen är små och medelstora företag som bedriver marknadsmässig verksamhet i Norrbottens län. I projektet kommer även en lägesbild tas fram över hur företag i Norrbotten är påverkade av, samt hanterar effekterna av Covid-19 på kort respektive lång sikt. Detta i syfte att säkerställa att stödet är rätt utformat med hänsyn till de behov som finns och att stödet fyller en lucka i relation till övriga möjliga stödinsatser. Under projektets gång kommer projektet utvärdera och vid behov styra om projektet till andra insatser som bedöms mer relevanta inom projektets mål. Dessa insatser ska i så fall rymmas inom samma processer och legala grund som övriga regionala företagsstöd. (Swedish)
