ADOLESCENTS EXPERIENCE PROBLEMATIC BEHAVIOURS THAT HAMPER LEARNING AND OFTEN AFFECT THE PROJECT OF LIFE. THE LIVING PART OF THE GROUP IS PREDOMINANT IN RESOLVING MANY OF THE PROBLEMS AND, THEREFORE, IT IS NECESSARY FOR ALL PUPILS TO BE INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS. WE THEREFORE PROPOSE, IN ADDITION TO INDIVIDUAL VIEWING SPACES TO BE USED BY ALL THE COMPONENTS OF THE SCHOOL, WORKSHOPS ON COOPERATION, INCLUSION, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT, DEALING WITH EMOTIONS AND, ABOVE ALL, ON PRO-SOCIALITWILL, IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE KNOWLEDGE GAP BETWEEN STUDENTS AND STIMULATE COOPERATION AND INCLUSION. THE NUMBER OF HOURS AVAILABLE WILL BE USED TO INTERVENE IN THE TWO PES IN SCHOOLS WITH DIFFERENT ACTIONS, IN ORDER TO PREVENT ABANDONMENT, TO REMOVE OBSTACLES TO LEARNING, TO LOOK AT THE FUTURE WITH CONFIDENCE, IN LINE WITH THE TRACK RECORD OF PREVIOUS YEARS.
