THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO DEVELOP A SENSE OF BELONGING AND EUROPEAN IDENTITY AND BEHAVIOUR. THE PRIMARY ROLE OF THE SCHOOL IS TO PROMOTE THE LEARNING OF CITIZENS’ RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF DEMOCRATIC VALUES AND HUMAN RIGHTS. AND A KEY ISSUE IN THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL AND MULTICULTURAL SOCIETY THAT HAS BECOME MULTI-ETHNIC, ESPECIALLY AS A RESULT OF THE RECENT MIGRATION FLOWS THAT YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE TO SHOULDER THE IMPORTANCE OF SOLIDARITY OF TOLERANCE AND PARTICIPATION IN A DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY.
