SKP HOPO je od r. 1999 stabilní součástí sítě sociálních služeb na území HMP. Slabou stránkou a potencionální hrozbou je nedostatečné diverzifikování finančních zdrojů a velká závislost na veřejných zdrojích. Projekt toto řeší spolu s dalšími oblastmi: strategie, FR, lidské zdroje, PR, kvalita služeb, ve kterých má SKP HOPO rezervy a potenciál pro další růst, zkvalitnění služeb a zvýšení důvěryhodnosti vůči veřejnosti, státnímu i soukromému sektoru.
