Celem projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia w terminie 1.8.2017-31.8.2018r u 46uczestników projektu(w tym 28K) poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym wsparciem, obejmującym diagnozę, identyfikację potrzeb, IPD, poradnictwo zaw. i pośred. pracy,wsparcie psychologa szkolenia i staże - wybrane i zastosowane zg ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i wytyczonej ścieżką rozwoju zawodowego(IPD), co umożliwi wejście/powrót tych os. na rynek pracy Zadania przewidziane w pr.: -Identyfikacja potrzeb uczestników pr. oraz opracowanie/aktualizacja dla każdego UP IPD -Doradztwo i poradnictwo zawodowe oraz pośrednictwo pracy -Wsparcie psychologiczno-doradcze -Szkolenia zawodowe -Staże zawodowe Grupę docelową stanowi 46osób(w tym 28 K) w wieku powyżej 50 r.ż. zamieszkujących w roz. przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze subreg.olsztyńskiego(powiaty: bartoszycki, kętrzyński, lidzbarski, mrągowski,nidzicki, olsztyński, szczycieński oraz m. Olsztyn) należących do następujących grup: osoby bezrobotne, nieaktywne/bierne zawodowo. Wśród uczestników projektu(UP) os.bierne zawodowo będą stanowiły co najmniej 25%(min.12os.), os.bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w urzędach pracy–co najmniej 20%(min.10os), os.bezrobotne zarejestrowane w urzędach pracy -nie więcej niż 55%(max.24os) Gł.efektem realizacji jest osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla os.w wieku 50+ 33%. W pr. wykorzystane będzie innowacyjne narzędzie PROFIL wypracowane w ramach pr. Profilowanie bezrobotnych jako instrument wydłużania aktywności zaw.gr.wymagających szczeg.wsparcia(UDA-POKL.06.01.01-04-118/10-00), gł. celem narz. jest ułatwianie wczesnej i precyzyjnej identyfikacji os.szczeg.zagrożonych długotrwałym bezrob.i wskazanie, który z typów szk.zawodowych najbardziej skraca przewidywany okres pozostawania bez pracy (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employability between 1.8.2017-31.8.2018 for 46 project participants (including 28K) by providing them with comprehensive support, including diagnosis, identification of needs, IPD, job guidance, training psychologist support and internships – selected and applied according to diagnosed needs and path of professional development (IPD), which will enable these people to enter/return to the labour market. —Identification of the needs of participants and elaboration/updating for each UP IPD -Advice and guidance as well as employment intermediation – Psychological and advisory support – Vocational training -Professional traineeship The target group consists of 46 persons (including 28 K) aged over 50 years living in the provisions of the Civil Code in the area of subreg.olsztyn (written: Bartoszycki, Ketrzyn, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn, Olsztyn and M. Olsztyn) belonging to the following groups: unemployed, inactive/professional. Among the participants of the project(UP) employees will be at least 25 % (min.12 people), unemployed persons not registered in employment offices – at least 20 %(min.10os), unemployed persons registered in employment offices – not more than 55 %(max.24os) The result of the implementation is the achievement of the employment efficiency ratio for people aged 50 + 33 %. The innovative PROFIL tool developed within the framework will be used. Profiling of the unemployed as an instrument for prolonging the activity of ingr.gr. requiring special support(UDA-POKL.06.01.01-04-118/10-00), the aim of the tool is to facilitate early and precise identification of persons at risk of long-term unemployment and to indicate which of the types of occupational glass most shortens the expected period of unemployment (English)
