The planned project will consist of the construction and reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant in Kołaczków on plot no. 131 Kołaczkowo, Kołaczkowo commune. Sewage in the reconstructed and extended installation will be cleaned with the use of oxygen treatment technology based on active sludge. The treatment plant will be supplied by an existing sanitary sewerage system and will be transported by tanking waste water from the housing areas of the Kołaczkowo commune. There is no provision for sewerage or industrial sewage as well as rainwater. The implementation of the planned project provides for: • construction of designed technological and technical facilities, • construction of designed technical and technological networks in the treatment plant, • reconstruction of existing technological and technical facilities, • construction of designed land lighting, • renovation and completion of existing stand and suitable for the new function of land development, • construction of designed roads, squares and pavements which constitute access to technological facilities in the treatment plant, • maintenance of existing technological and technical facilities. According to current values, the maximum concentrations of impurities in treated sewage as provided for in the legal permit issued are exceeded. The activities undertaken on the treatment plant covering the scope of this project are aimed at achieving the parameters of treated waste water complying with the requirements of Directive 91/271/EEC.     Planowane przedsięwzięcie polegać będzie na budowie i przebudowie oczyszczalni ścieków w Kołaczkowie na działce nr ewid. 131 obręb Kołaczkowo, gmina Kołaczkowo. Ścieki w poddawanej przebudowie i rozbudowie instalacji podczyszczane będą z wykorzystaniem tlenowej technologii oczyszczania na bazie osadu czynnego. Do oczyszczalni dopływać będą istniejącą kanalizacją sanitarną oraz będą dowożone taborem asenizacyjnym ścieki bytowe z terenów budownictwa mieszkaniowego Gminy Kołaczkowo. Nie przewiduje się dopływu kanalizacją ani dowożenia ścieków o charakterze przemysłowym, jak również ścieków deszczowych. Realizacji planowanego przedsięwzięcia przewiduje: • budowę projektowanych obiektów technologicznych i technicznych, • budowę projektowanych sieci technicznych i technologicznych na terenie oczyszczalni, • przebudowę istniejących obiektów technologicznych i technicznych, • budowę projektowanego oświetlenia terenu, • renowację i uzupełnienie istniejącego drzewostanu oraz odpowiedniego dla nowej funkcji zagospodarowania terenu, • budowę projektowanych dróg, placów i chodników stanowiących dojście do obiektów technologicznych na terenie oczyszczalni, • konserwację istniejących obiektów technologicznych i technicznych. Wg obecnych wartości przekraczane są maksymalne stężenia zanieczyszczeń w ściekach oczyszczonych, jakie były przewidziane w wydanym pozwoleniu wodnoprawnym. Działania podejmowane na oczyszczalni a obejmujące zakres niniejszego projektu – mają na celu osiągnięcie parametrów oczyszczanych ścieków zgodnych z wymogami Dyrektywy 91/271/EWG.
