NA ZEWNĄTRZ OD MURÓW decyzją z d. 31.12.1953. oraz w obszarze wpisanym do rejestru zabytków archeologicznych jako NAWARSTWIENIA KULTUROWE STAREGO MIASTA decyzją z d. 05.11.1992 ZAKRES PRAC OBJĘTYCH PROJEKTEM: 1.Ekspozycję reliktów ratusza, 2.Nawierzchnie drogowe, 3.Zieleń, 4.Instalacje do nawadniania kwietników i zasilanie wodne, 5.Roboty rozbiórkowe i wycinka drzew, 6.Roboty elektryczne, 7.
