Przedmiotem projektu jest poprawa efektowności energetycznej w infrastrukturze publicznej budynku Ośrodka Zdrowia w Kobiernicach przy ulicy Żywieckiej 10. W ramach projektu na rzecz likwidacji „niskiej emisji”, poprawy jakości powietrza i zmniejszenia energochłonności wykonany zostanie we wskazanym budynku konieczny zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych. Zaplanowane są następujące działania inwestycyjne: -Ocieplenie przegród zewnętrznych -Ocieplenie dwuwarstwowe połaci dachowej -Ocieplenie stropu nad piwnicą -Wymiana okien w piwnicy -Wymiana okien na poddaszu -Wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych -Modernizacja CO -Modernizacja systemu CWU Celem projektu jest zmniejszenie energochłonności infrastruktury publicznej a także poprawa jakości powietrza w Gminie Porąbka.
