    Projekt skierowany do 140 osób, w tym 10% osób niepełnosprawnych, bezrobotnych, tj. zarejestrowanych w PUP z powiatów:lęborskiego, bytowskiego i słupskiego (z wykluczeniem miasta Słupsk). Cele szczegółowe projektu: - aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 45 proc. uczestników/czek projektu. - uzyskanie przez co najmniej 70% uczestników projektu kwalifikacji zawodowych. Działania w projekcie: - rekrutacja uczestników/czek do projektu, - przeprowadzenie diagnozy uczestników/czek projektu w zakresie ich kompetencji i predyspozycji zawodowych,barier ograniczających dostęp do rynku pracy, - określenie indywidualnych ścieżek rozwoju zawodowego dla poszczególnych uczestników/ek projektu, - przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu kształtowania postaw wzmacniających motywację i wiedzę uczestników/czek projektu, - organizacja i przeprowadzenie szkoleń/kursów zawodowych wysokiej jakości zakończonych egzaminem zewnętrznym i uzyskaniem certyfikatu,dzięki którym uczestnicy/czki uzyskają kwalifikacje zawodowe, - organizacja staży zawodowych w przedsiębiorstwach zgodnie ze standardami Europejskiej Ramy Jakości Praktyk i Staży, - przeprowadzenie przedstażowych spotkań grupowych i indywidualnych, - przeprowadzenie staży zawodowych w przedsiębiorstwach zgodnie ze standardami Europejskiej Ramy Jakości Praktyk i Staży, - działania związane z zatrudnieniem uczestników/czek projektu (zobowiązanie uczestników/czek projektu do przedłożenia w biurze projektu umów o pracę lub umów cywilnoprawnych poświadczających podjęcie przez nich pracy po zakończeniu projektu). Wszystkie działania przeprowadzanie w ramach projektu będą miały na celu uzyskanie efektu w postaci zatrudnienia i utrzymania pracy przez co najmniej 45 proc. uczestników/czek projektu. (Polish)
