The main objective of the project (CG P) “On the way to self-reliance” is to emanate the lives of 20 persons with disabilities from the area of the Ropczycko-Sędziszów county in the period 01.12.2017-30.06.2020, consisting of learning, supporting, developing improvement of activities, skills and behaviour necessary for independent life, including functioning in an open environment. The project will promote deinstitutionalisation by increasing the scope and quality of the services provided in the local community and will provide protection against social exclusion of the target group. The project plans to create 1 training apartments in the area of Ropczyce, where services will be provided according to the definition of services provided in the local community. In the apartment there will be assistants, training sessions aimed at partial or total independence of the target group. He'll be employed as a civil-legal social worker and psychologist. In the apartment, measures will be taken to improve safety by purchasing appropriate articles. The project will implement activities supporting actual carers, e.g. specialised counselling, social work. P. will contribute to the specific objective of the HR ROP of increasing the availability of social services, in particular environmental and care services for people at risk of poverty or exclusion of CG P will be achieved through the implementation of individualised and comprehensive support, provided in a differentiated form (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem głównym projektu (CG P) „W drodze do samodzielności ” usamodzielnienie życiowe 20 osób niepełnosprawnych z terenu powiatu ropczycko-sędziszowskiego w okresie 01.12.2017-30.06.2020, polegające na uczeniu się, wspieraniu, rozwijaniu usprawnieniu czynności, umiejętności i zachowań niezbędnych w samodzielnym życiu, w tym także funkcjonowanie w otwartym środowisku. Projekt będzie sprzyjał deinstytucjonalizacji poprzez zwiększenie zakresu i jakości świadczonych usług w lokalnej społeczności a także zapewni ochronę przed wykluczeniem społecznym grupy docelowej. W projekcie zaplanowano utworzenie 1 mieszkania treningowego na terenie m. Ropczyce, w którym będą świadczone usługi zgodnie z definicją usług świadczonych w lokalnej społeczności. W mieszkaniu będą zatrudnieni asystenci, będą prowdzone treningi mające na celu częściową lub całkowitą samodzielność grupy docelowej. Będzie zatrudniony na um. cywilno-prawną pracownik socjalny i psycholog. W mieszkaniu zostaną podjęte działania poprawiające bezpieczeństwo poprzez zakup odpowiednich artykułów. W projekcie będą realizowane działania wspierające opiekunów faktycznych, m.in. poradnictwo specjalistyczne, praca socjalna. P. przyczyni się do realizacji celu szczegółowego RPO WP jakim jest zwiększenie dostępności usług społ. w szczególności usług środowiskowych i opiekuńczych dla os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem spo CG P zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację zindywidualizowanego i kompleksowego wsparcia, świadczonego w zróżnicowanej formie (Polish)
