Projekt ma na celu aktywizację zawodową 250os.(138K,112M)bezrobotnych(z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30r.ż.),należące do poniższych grup:osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej,kobiety,osoby z niepełnosprawnościami,osoby długotrwale bezrobotne,osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach,osoby nienależące do grup wskazanych powyżej(bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat,przy czym ich udział nie przekracza 20%),imigranci(w tym osoby PL pochodzenia),reemigranci z terenu działania PUP Puck.Rekrutacja do projektu prowadzona będzie na bieżąco,będzie miała charakter otwarty,na podstawie oświadczenia o kwalifikowalności uczestnika do projektu,zgodnie z zasadą równości szans K i M.Każdy uczestnik otrzyma konkretną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej,którą poprzedzi analiza umiejętności,predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy,o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia (...).Zaplanowano działania:staże dające możliwość zdobycia doświadcz.zawodowego dla 82os.(45K,37M);szkolenia dla 32os.(18K,14M)umożliwiające uzyskanie kwalifik.zawod. lub nabycie kompetencji zawodowych potwierdzonych odpowiednim dokumentem w rozumieniu wytycznych;tworzenie nowych miejsc pracy przez udzielenie jednoraz.środków na podjęcie dział.gospoda. dla 47os.(26K,21M);refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanow.pracy dla 22os.(13K,9M); refundacja kosztów wynagrodzenia-prace interwenc.dla 67os.(36K,31M).Celem projektu„Ponowny start(IV)”jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu,co przyczyni się do uzyskania najważniejszego efektu,jakim jest podjęcie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia przez okres conajmniej 3m-cy.Wskaźnik efektywności zatrud.zaplanowano na poziomie określonym w dokumentacji konkursowej,wymieniony w pkt.G2 wniosku.
