The project is addressed to 277 people.(164Ki113M) registered in PUP from Kartuskie county. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people left without a job – belonging to the target group of the project (as defined in point.C4). Support for implementation will be exclusively through labour market services and instruments defined in the Employment Promotion Act (...), excluding public works, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and occupational problems of a given project in the form of IPD. The following actions will be implemented in the project: job intermediation and/or professional counselling for each participant, internships for 109 persons (99Ki10M), training for which will be assigned.25 persons(3Ki22M), subsidised employment under which 50 persons (27Ki23M) will be assigned to work as part of the work interventions. One funds will be allocated for operating operation for 57 persons (23Ki34M) and as part of the equipment or retrofit. work condition will be created 36 working condition for 36 persons (12Ki24M). The recruitment process will be open in a way, in line with the policies equal to the chances of women and men. In the project, there will be more women to equalise their chances on the labour market. Rekrut.to the project will be simultaneously recruited.for forms of support. The project will focus on providing high-quality services to people with unemployment, including early identification of the needs of participants/cakes and diagnosing their professional development opportunities. The project will comply with relevant Community policies and principles, horizontal policies (including: a policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. The project will be in accordance with the information on the recruitment of applications for funding under the ROP, in accordance with the objectives of ROP WP 2014-2020, the objectives of the ZIT Strategy, SzOOP, as well as the Employment Promotion Act (...), with the PHP Act and de minimis aid.     Projekt skierowany jest do 277 os. bezrob.(164Ki113M) zarejestr. w PUP z powiatu kartuskiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os.pozostających bez pracy – należących do Grupy docelowej projektu (określonej w pkt.C4). Wsparcie realizow. będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia (…), z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawod. danego uczestn.projektu w postaci IPD. W proj.realizowane będą następ. działania: pośrednictwo pracy i/lub doradztwo zawod.dla każdego/ej uczestnika/czki, staże dla 109 os.(99Ki10M), szkolenia na które zostanie skierow.25 os.(3Ki22M), zatrudnienie subsyd. w ramach, których 50 os.(27Ki23M) skierowanych zostanie do pracy w ramach prac interw. Przyznane zostaną jedn. środki na rozp. działaln. gosp. dla 57 os.(23Ki34M) oraz w ramach wyposaż.lub doposaż. stan. pracy utworzone zostanie 36 stan. pracy dla 36 os.(12Ki24M). Proces rekrutacji zostanie przepr.w sposób otwarty, zgodnie z polityką równ. szans kobiet i mężczyzn. W proj. będzie więcej kobiet, aby wyrównać ich szanse na rynku pracy. Rekrut.do proj. stanowić będzie jednocześnie rekrut.na formy wsparcia. Działania podejmowane w proj.ukierunkowane będą na świadczenie wysokiej jakości usług na rzecz os. bezrob., w tym zwłaszcza na wczesną identyfikację potrzeb uczestników/czek oraz diagnozowanie możliwości ich rozwoju zawodowego. Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi, politykami horyzontalnymi (w tym: polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym.
