Spa House consists of 2 parts: the building’s deep. (special) with deep rooms for patients and from a lower natural-medical building, where treatment rooms and swimming pool are located. The project consists of the renovation and reconstruction of the natural and therapeutic plant, which is stage II of the investment. As part of the project, the extension of the treatment part towards the east was designed, where in addition to “wet” treatments (e.g. balneotherapy, mineral baths) and “dry” (massages, electrotherapy) there will be a rehabilitation pool (the building has 2 floors). The treatment part will be equipped with modern spa treatment facilities according to the spa profile (rheumatology, gastrology, urology). After completion of the works, treatments are planned, among others: balneotherapy, peloid therapy, hydrotherapy, cinema therapy, thermotherapy, physical therapy and classical massages. Both parts of the facility will be connected by a link at the ground floor level and the rest between the ground floor and the first floor of the building. The pavilion has communication access from the slopes through footbridges to the second and third floors and directly from the ground level to the first floor. It is planned to install simple windows referring to the modernist facade of the building. The shape of the pool hall is also simple with large rectangular glazings. Two fireflies have been designed to illuminate the interior of the hall. Newly designed structural elements of the object (walls, columns, ceilings) – gel, designed supporting walls-from the blocks of Porotherm with styrofoam insulated. An interesting solution is the so-called green roof-stropod inverted green with low vegetation. In the treatment area on the ground floor it is possible to stay at the same time up to 30 people and on the floor up to 52 people. These assumptions are consistent with the construction project. Works are planned for the extension and reconstruction of the building, purchase of equipment for individual rooms and natural supervision and promotion. (English)

(Polish)
