Założeniem projektu jest stworzenie nowoczesnego parku uzdrowiskowego o pow. ok.3ha w Muszynie na który składać się będzie:1. STAW rekreacyjny o nieregularnej linii brzegowej odzwierciedlający naturalne rozlewisko i roślinność, gdzie znajdą miejsce dzikie zwierzęta np. żaby, traszki. Na obszarze stawu będzie się znajdować owalna ptasia wyspa w znacznej części linia brzegowa porośnięta będzie krzewami i szuwarami np. z trzciny pospolitej, pałki szerokolistnej z przeznaczeniem dla kolonii lęgowych ptaków, które mają stanowić atrakcję przyrodniczą. Wokół stawu znajdować się będą plaże zintegrowane z alejkami spacerowymi okalającymi staw. Wykonana zostanie fontanna napowietrzająca toń stawu, molo i kładka.2. WOLIERY z ptakami ozdobnymimają służyć poprawieniu estetyki i wzbogaceniu ogrodu.Swoim kształtem przypominać mają żagle. Wnętrza klatek zaaranżowane będą poprzez nasadzenia drzewek i krzewów odpowiednich dla danego gatunku ptaków. Na wolierę składać się będzie wiata lub domek, w którym ptaki mogą się schronić podczas np. deszczu. Wiaty wykonane z desek a dach ze słomy lub trzciny3.
