The scope of the project includes investments in infrastructure for sustainable urban mobility: purchase of rolling stock, modernisation of public transport infrastructure with ITS elements, construction of park and drive car park along with infrastructure, construction of bicycle paths and extension of road infrastructure which is an important element of a comprehensive project. The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the functional area of Płock through the development of sustainable urban mobility infrastructure. The project fulfils the assumptions of M. Płock’s Low-Emission Economy Plan in terms of reducing pollutant emissions and developing urban mobility. The project is included in the Investment Plan for the Płock subregion covered by the problem OSI – Functional Area of the City of Płock. It responds to the problems and needs in terms of the progressive and uncontrolled process of air pollution and increasing freight and passenger traffic. (English)

    Zakres projektu obejmuje inwestycje w infrastrukturę na rzecz zrównoważonej mobilności miejskiej: zakup taboru, modernizację infrastruktury transportu publicznego wraz z elementami ITS, budowę parkingu typu „parkuj i jedź” wraz z infrastrukturą, budowę ścieżek rowerowych oraz rozbudowę infrastruktury drogowej stanowiącej istotny element kompleksowego projektu. CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJEKTU jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności Obszaru Funkcjonalnego Miasta Płocka poprzez rozwój infrastruktury zrównoważonej mobilności miejskiej. Projekt wypełnia założenia Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej M. Płocka w aspekcie ograniczenia emisji zanieczyszczeń oraz rozwoju mobilności miejskiej. Projekt jest ujęty w Planie inwestycyjnym dla subregionu płockiego objętego OSI problemowym – Obszar Funkcjonalny Miasta Płocka. Stanowi odpowiedź na problemy i potrzeby w zakresie postępującego i niekontrolowanego procesu zanieczyszczenia powietrza oraz rosnącego ruchu towarowego i osobowego. (Polish)
