Celem głównym projektu są podniesione kompetencje kluczowe, właściwe postawy i umiejętności niezbędne na rynku pracy u 123 uczniów (63 dz. I 60 chł.) Szkoły Podstawowej w Skrudkach do 31.01.2020 r. Cel główny osiągnięty zostanie poprzez indywidualne podejście do ucznia szczególnie ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Rezultaty: - 123 uczniów (63 dz. i 60 chł.) po opuszczeniu projektu nabędzie kompetencje kluczowe - 16 nauczycieli i pracowników pedagogicznych uczestniczących w szkoleniach (13 k. i 3 m.) po opuszczeniu projektu uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie kompetencje - w szkole uczestniczącej w projekcie wykorzystywany będzie sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych - w szkole uczestniczącej w projekcie w pracowniach przedmiotowych do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych wykorzystywane będzie zakupione w ramach projektu doposażenie. Zadania: - organizacja zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe na rynku pracy (ICT, matematyczno- przyrodnicze, języki obce) z uwzględnieniem rozwoju właściwych postaw (kreatywność, innowacyjność, praca zespołowa) - podnoszenie kompetencji i kwalifikacji nauczycieli wszystkich przedmiotów w zakresie korzystania z nowoczesnych metod, technologii i sprzętu - pomoc psychologiczno- pedagogiczna (w tym porady dla rodziców i opiekunów) - wyposażenie 1 pracowni ICT Grupa docelowa: - 137 uczniów (70 dz. i 67 chł.) Szkoły Podstawowej w Skrudkach, która znajduje się na liście szkół, które osiągnęły najsłabsze wyniki edukacyjne w skali województwa stanowiącej załącznik nr 16 do Regulaminu konkursu. - 21 nauczycieli i pracowników pedagogicznych (17 k. i 4 m.) tej szkoły Szkoła Podstawowa w Skrudkach, w której odbywać się będzie nauka programowania spełnia co najmniej jeden z warunków określonych w podrozdziale 3.4 pkt 23 Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze edukacji na lata 2014-2020.(kryt. prem. 5) (Polish)

The main objective will be achieved by an individual approach to the pupil, especially with special educational needs. Results: — 123 pupils (63 dz. and 60 boys) after leaving the project will acquire key competences – 16 teachers and pedagogical staff participating in the trainings (13 k. and 3 m) after leaving the project will obtain qualifications or acquire competences – ICT equipment will be used in the school participating in the project to conduct educational activities – in the school participating in the project in the subject laboratories the equipment purchased under the project will be used. Tasks: — organisation of activities developing key competences on the labour market (ICT, mathematical and natural languages, foreign languages) taking into account the development of appropriate attitudes (creativity, innovation, teamwork) – raising the competences and qualifications of teachers of all subjects in the use of modern methods, technologies and equipment – psychological and pedagogical assistance (including advice for parents and carers) – equipment of 1 ICT studios Target group: — 137 pupils (70 dz. and 67 ch.) of the Primary School in Skrudki, which is on the list of schools which achieved the weakest educational results in the voivodship, annexed to the rules of the competition. — 21 teachers and pedagogical staff (17 k. and 4 m) of this school Primary School in Skrudki, where programming learning will take place meets at least one of the conditions set out in subsection 3.4 point 23 of the Guidelines for the implementation of projects with the participation of ESF funds in the field of education for 2014-2020.(crit. prem. 5) (English)
