The aim of the “Development 2 provision” project is to increase the competitiveness of at least 50 % of the 540 SMEs supported by the Łódzkie region, by increasing the qualification/competence of at least 50 % of their 2700 development of their staff covered by the development of PSF in the framework of PSF (the electronic voucher system), by the end of 2019. The project is aimed at 540 SMEs with an organisational unit on the territory of Łódzkie Province and their 2700 employees, who are resident or employed in the sea war in Łódź, within the meaning of the Civil Code. 810 participants will be people after the age of 50 and 1080 people with low qualifications. Co-financing rates: 80 % micro and small businesses, 50 %: medium-sized companies (80 % of subsidies) for: — employees of 50 + or less qualified — SMEs in the strategic industries (Loris 2030), SMEs from high-growth industries, services leading to a qualification in accordance with the ZSK Act. Priority for processing: SMEs which have benefited from POWER 2.2. Actions: — The adaptation of a scheme for the distribution of vouchers (VI’ 18) — promotion and education measures (VII’ 18 — XII’ 19) — implementation of advisory actions in favour of SMEs (VII’ 18-XII’ 19) — delivery of support based on a scheme for the distribution of vouchers (VII’ 18-XII’ 19) — implementation of control activities (VII’ 18 — XII’) — implementation of control activities (VII’ — XII’ 19)) The main results of the project: Achieving development objectives by at least 50 % of the supported SMEs — acquisition of qualification/competence by min.50 % of the supported beneficiaries — adaptation of the scheme for the distribution of vouchers — development and implementation of development/restructuring plans by at least 70 % of SMEs undergoing restructuring operations.     Celem projektu „Przepis na Rozwój 2” jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności min. 50% z 540 objętych wsparciem MŚP z terenu woj. łódzkiego, poprzez podniesienie kwalifikacji/kompetencji min. 50% z 2700 ich pracowników objętych usługami rozwojowymi w ramach PSF(elektr.system bonów), do końca 2019 roku. Projekt skierowany jest do 540 MŚP posiadających jednostkę organizacyjną na terenie woj. łódzkiego oraz ich 2700 pracowników, zamieszkałych bądź zatrudnionych na terenie woj.łódzkiego, w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego. 810 uczestników będą stanowić osoby po 50 roku życia oraz 1080 osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Poziomy dofinansowania: 80% - mikro- i małe firmy, 50%: średnie firmy Zakłada się preferencje (80% dofinansowania) dla: - pracownicy 50+ lub z niskimi kwalifikacjami, - MŚP z branż strategicznych (LORIS 2030), - MŚP z branż szybkiego wzrostu, - usługi prowadzące do uzyskania kwalifikacji zgodnie z ustawą o ZSK. Pierwszeństwo rozpatrywania wniosków: MŚP, które skorzystały z POWER 2.2. Działania: - adaptacja systemu elektr.dystrybucji bonów (VI’18) - działania promocyjno-edukacyjne (VII’18 – XII’19) - realizacja działań doradczych na rzecz MŚP(VII’18-XII’19) - udzielanie wsparcia w oparciu o system elektr.dystrybucji bonów (VII’18 – XII’19) - realizacja działań kontrolnych (VII’18 – XII’19) Główne rezultaty projektu: - zrealizowanie celów rozwojowych przez min. 50% MŚP objętych wsparciem - nabycie kwalifikacji/kompetencji przez min.50% osób objętych wsparciem - adaptacja systemu elektr.dystrybucji bonów - opracowanie i wdrożenie planów rozwojowych/restrukturyzacji przez min. 70% MŚP przechodzących procesy restrukturyzacyjne objęte wsparciem.
