The executor of the exemplary audit divided the task into 2 stages: 1) Analysis of own products (MEDI-line and MediClean lines): A) Market analysis – approx. 15 working days B) Design audit of MEDI-line and MediClean products – approx. 40 working days C) Audit on communication aspects: — OK. 50 working days D) Design process audit at MEDI-SEPT – approx. 15 working days 2) Analysis of new disinfectant product groups addressed to retailers A) Market analysis – approx. 30 working days B) Audit on aspects of the introduction of new products on the market – approx. 50 working days All planned stages will be carried out by designated experts (Kamil Pączkowski, Zofia Strumiłło-Sukiennik, Jarosław Grzesica, Jacek Bodych), as described in the Application section.     Przedmiotem Projektu realizowanego przez Medi-Sept Sp. z o.o. (dalej: „Medi-Sept”, „Spółka”) jest przeprowadzenie audytu wzorniczego Spółki oraz jej produktów, w wyniku którego powstanie strategia wzornicza. Opracowana strategia wzornicza będzie podstawą do opracowania i wdrożenia nowych, a także wprowadzenia zmian do obecnych produktów Spółki. Podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za opracowanie strategii wzorniczej Spółki będzie SAIA sp. z o.o.. Spółka dokonała wyboru wykonawcy audytu zgodnie z art. 6c ustawy o PARP oraz wytycznymi w zakresie kwalifikowalności wydatków w ramach EFRR na lata 2014-2020. Wykonawca audytu wzorniczego podzielił realizację zadania na 2 etapy: 1) Analiza produktów własnych (linie MEDI-line i MEDICLEAN): A) Analiza rynku – ok. 15 dni roboczych B) Audyt wzorniczy produktów MEDI-line i MEDICLEAN – ok. 40 dni roboczych C) Audyt aspektów komunikacyjnych: - ok. 50 dni roboczych D) Audyt procesów wzorniczych w firmie MEDI-SEPT – ok. 15 dni roboczych 2) Analiza nowych grup produktów dezynfekcyjnych skierowanych do obiorców detalicznych A) Analiza rynku – ok. 30 dni roboczych B) Audyt aspektów wprowadzenia nowych produktów na rynek - ok. 50 dni roboczych Wszystkie planowane do realizacji w ramach Zadania etapy będą przeprowadzane przez wskazanych ekspertów (Kamil Pączkowski, Zofia Strumiłło-Sukiennik, Jarosław Grzesica, Jacek Bodych), szerzej opisanych w części Wniosku dot.
