Projekt ma na celu poprawę warunków i komfortu pracy pracowników firmy Klimosz Sp. z o.o., z uwagi na identyfikację istotnych zagrożeń związanych z wykonywaną pracą w obrębie zdrowia fizycznego i psychicznego. Projekt jest skierowany do pracowników zatrudnionych na podstawie umowy o pracę (min. 0,5 etatu) z różnych grup pracowniczych, tj. osoby kierujące pracownikami, pracownicy obsługujący monitory ekranowe, montażyści, magazynierzy, kierowcy. Chęć poprawy wynika z przeprowadzonej analizy szkodliwych czynników zdrowotnych w miejscu pracy. Zadania w projekcie: 1. Organizacja szkolenia dla pracowników 2. Doposażenie stanowisk pracy 3. Zakup środka trwałego Okres realizacji projektu: I-VI 2019. Projekt będzie realizowany w siedzibie Wnioskodawcy oraz sklepach detalicznych na terenie woj. śląskiego, tj. Żory, Brenna, Zabłocie, Racibórz, Goleszów. Wnioskodawca osiągnie zaplanowane wskaźniki: Liczba osób, które po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrudnienie: 35 (Polish)

The project aims to improve the conditions and the well-being of the employees of the company Clinic Sp. z o.o., in view of the identification of the relevant work-related risks in the area of physical and mental health. The project is aimed at workers with a contract of employment (including a minimum of 0,5 people) from different workers’ groups, i.e. staff members, staff operating the display screens, assemblers, warehouses, drivers. The willingness to improve results from the analysis of harmful health determinants in the workplace. Project tasks: 1. The organisation of the training for the employees of 2. Retrofitting of jobs 3. Purchase of a permanent measure I-VI 2019. The project will be carried out at the premises of the Applicant and the retail shops in Śląskie Province, i.e. Żory, Brenna, Zabłocie, Racibórz, Golezów.
