Projekt realizowany przez Miasto i Gminę Serock, polega na termomodernizacji Zespołu Szkół w Zegrzu wraz z zastosowaniem instalacji OZE (paneli fotowoltaicznych). Zakres robót inwestycyjnych kwalifikujących się do wsparcia w ramach projektu (wynikających z audytu energetycznego) obejmuje: • ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych (stara część szkoły). • ocieplenie stropodachu niewentylowanego (stara część szkoły), • ocieplenie dachu nad salą gimnastyczną, • wymiana stolarki okiennej (całej) na okna o mniejszym współczynniku „U”, • ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie – sala gimnastyczna, • wymiana naświetli sali gimnastycznej na okna o mniejszym współczynniku „U”, • modernizacja systemu grzewczego. • instalacja OZE (paneli fotowoltaicznych). W ramach inwestycji zostaną wykonane roboty remontowe, modernizacja oświetlenia, instalacji wodociągowej i kanalizacyjnej (w ramach kosztów niekwalifikowanych). Dodatkowo zostanie zapewniony nadzór inwestorski oraz promocja projektu. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest: poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym w mieście i gminie Serock w wyniku termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej, w tym: obiektu Zespołu Szkół w Zegrzu. Cele pośrednie: • zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zanieczyszczenia powietrza, • wzrost produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych, • poprawa świadomości ekologicznej lokalnej społeczności, • poprawa komfortu i warunków pracy użytkowników budynku, • poprawa oceny atrakcyjności gminy i jej wizerunku jako miejsca wartego odwiedzania, inwestowania, zamieszkania, • poprawa stanu zdrowia mieszkańców, w tym zmniejszenie ryzyka chorób związanych z zanieczyszczeniem środowiska, • poprawa stanu obszarów chronionych, w tym flory i fauny. The project implemented by the City and the Municipality of Serock consists of the thermal modernisation of the Zegz school group in Zegz and the installation of the RES installations (solar panels). The range of investment works eligible for project support (resulting from an energy audit) shall include: • insulation of the outer walls (old part of the school). • the insulation of the non-ventilated (old part of the school),• insulation of the roof over gymnastics,• replacement of window frames (whole) on windows with a lower ‘U’ factor,• insulation of the floor on the ground — gymnastics room,• exchange exposed a gym on windows with a lower ‘U’ factor,• modernisation of the heating system. • installation of RES (solar panels). As part of the investment, works will be carried out on renovation works, the upgrading of lighting, water and sewage systems (as part of ineligible costs). In addition, investor supervision and project promotion will be ensured. The direct objective of the project is to: energy efficiency improvements in the public sector in the town and municipality of Serock as a result of energy renovation of public buildings, including: the School Team site in Zegrze. Intermediate targets: • Reduction of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and air pollution,• increasing the production of renewable energy,• improving the environmental awareness of the local community,• improving the comfort and working conditions of the users of the building,• improving the assessment of the municipality’s attractiveness and image as a destination for visiting, investing, living,• improving the health of the population, including reducing the risk of diseases linked to pollution,• improving the state of protected areas, including flora and fauna.
