V rámci projektu Podnikové vzdělávání zaměstnanců dojde k realizaci školení zaměstnanců společnosti OG Soft. Tato školení povedou ke zvýšení úrovně znalostí, kompetencí a dovedností pracovníků. Celkem bude do projektu zapojeno 25 účastníků, přičemž 4 z nich jsou zaměstnanci ve věku nad 54 let. Díky projektu dojde k souladu kvalifikační úrovně pracovní síly s požadavky trhu práce. (Czech)

In the context of the staff training project, the training of the employees of OG Soft will be carried out. These training sessions will increase the level of knowledge, competence and skills of the workers. In total 25 participants will be involved, 4 of whom are employees aged over 54. The project will bring the skills level of the labour force into line with labour market requirements. (English)
