Założeniem i głównym celem projektu jest poprawa jakości powietrza w Gminie Tłuszcz poprzez redukcję emisji powierzchniowej (tzw. niskiej emisji), pochodzącej z 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej o 58,24 ton CO2/rocznie (83,67%) oraz zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej ww. budynków służących zabezpieczeniu przeciwpożarowemu (średnia ważona 60,11%), dzięki ich głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację prac termomodernizacyjnych, wymianę kotłów na gazowe kotły kondensacyjne (powierzchnia podlegająca zmianie sposobu ogrzewania (m²): 730,28), zastosowanie odnawialnych źródeł energii 2 (instalacje fotowoltaiczne, pozwalające na produkcję 15,10 MWhe/rocznie energii elektrycznej z OZE) oraz wymianę oświetlenia na energooszczędne w dwóch budynkach OSP w Tłuszczu i OSP w Chrzęsnem. Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie z Ochotniczą Strażą Pożarną w Chrzęsnem (właścicielem budynku objętego projektem) zgodnie z art. 33 ustawy z dnia 11 lipca 2014 roku o zasadach realizacji programów w zakresie polityki spójności finansowanych w perspektywie finansowej 2014-2020. Projekt wpisuje się w kierunki działania opisane w PGN dla Gminy Tłuszcz i został wskazany jako jedna z inwestycji niezbędnych do realizacji celu PGN nr 1.8. Termomodernizacja innych budynków i budynków użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Tłuszcz. Projekt jest projektem realizowanym w części dot. budynku OSP w Tłuszczu) na obszarze objętym Lokalnym Programem Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Tłuszcz na lata 2018-2023 i znajduje się na liście projektów uzupełniających pn. „Podniesienie bezpieczeństwa i walorów środowiska na obszarze rewitalizacji poprzez termomodernizację budynku Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Tłuszczu”. Grupą docelową są użytkownicy obiektów (68 osób) i wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Tłuszcz korzystający z poprawy jakości powietrza. Wnioskodawca oświadcza, iż zadania przewidziane do realizacji posiadają wszystkie wymagane polskim prawem decyzje administracyjne. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve air quality in the Tłuszcz Commune by reducing surface emissions (so-called low emissions) from 2 public buildings by 58.24 tonnes CO2/year (83.67 %) and increase the energy efficiency of the above buildings for fire protection (weighted average 60.11 %), thanks to their deep energy modernisation. The aim of the project will be achieved through the implementation of thermomodernisation works, replacement of boilers with gas condensing boilers (surface subject to change of heating method (m²): 730,28), the use of renewable energy sources 2 (photovoltaic installations, allowing the production of 15.10 MWhe/yearly electricity from RES) and replacement of lighting with energy-efficient in two TSO buildings in Tłuszcz and TSO in Chrzęsne. The project is implemented in partnership with the Voluntary Fire Service in Chrzęsn (owner of the building covered by the project) in accordance with Article 33 of the Act of 11 July 2014 on the rules for implementing cohesion policy programmes financed under the 2014-2020 financial perspective. The project fits into the lines of activity described in the PGN for the Municipality of Tłuszcz and has been identified as one of the investments necessary to achieve the objective of PGN 1.8. Thermomodernisation of other buildings and public buildings in the Tłuszcz Commune. The project is a project carried out in the part concerning the TSO building in Tłuszcz) in the area covered by the Local Revitalisation Programme for the Commune of Tłuszcz for the years 2018-2023 and is on the list of complementary projects entitled: “Enhancing safety and environmental values in the area of revitalisation through thermomodernisation of the Volunteer Fire Brigade building in Fatych”. The target group is users of facilities (68 people) and all residents of the Tłuszcz Commune benefiting from the improvement of air quality. The applicant declares that the tasks to be carried out have all the administrative decisions required by Polish law. (English)
