Number_reference_aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: art: 25 EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L 119, p. That’s it. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). Poland is on the verge of a long-term plan to build high-speed railways. PKP PLK implements KPK — approx. 230 new investments, and the investment plan by 2040 includes more than 300 new investments. In parallel, the first feasibility studies for the CPK line planned for construction in the years 2023-2034, i.e. 5 strategic railroads. Many of the above planned lines of strategic importance will be powered by 25 kV AC. The project concerns the development of a new generation of load-bearing, conductive and carrier-conducting attachments for the top 25 kV AC overhead contact line optimised in terms of the needs and requirements of the currently emerging Polish high-speed rail systems. The project includes R & D works aimed at developing original material for bearing and conductive attachments, development of technical and construction solutions of a set of assortment of upper traction nets, development of technology for the production of such fittings as well as comprehensive laboratory tests of technical and utility parameters of the newly developed fixture solutions. The project is carried out by a consortium in which the Leader and the implementing entity is KUCA — a leading national manufacturer of railway fittings with nearly 30 years of experience in implementing innovative products and innovative technologies, and the Scientific Partner is WMN AGH — an experienced team with a well-established reputation confirmed by the implementation of many railway projects. The project consists of 6 stages: the first three are industrial research aimed at achieving the VI TRL, which includes model fixture solutions and model manufacturing technology. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Polska stoi u progu długofalowego planu budowy kolei dużych prędkości. PKP PLK realizuje KPK - ok. 230 nowych inwestycji, a plan inwestycji do roku 2040 obejmuje ponad 300 nowych inwestycji. Projekt obejmuje 6 etapów: trzy pierwsze to badania przemysłowe zmierzające do osiągnięcia VI TRL obejmującego modelowe rozwiązania osprzętu i modelową technologię ich wytwarzania (Polish)
