BHC21 wants to increase chances for sustainable employment of LSP in manufacturing by creating a more efficient and effective vocational training model. Making use of ILTs, our model redesigns the role of trainers, and – through innovative recruitment and pre-training – enhances the learning motivation of LSP. It is co-created by employers, LSP, training & knowledge centres from different regions making the model both versatile and transferrable to training programmes across the 2 Seas region. (English)
