    “Eucor — the European Campus” comprises five universities on the Upper Rhine: Basel, Freiburg, Haute-Alsace, Karlsruhe and Strasbourg, with about 15,000 researchers, 11,000 doctoral students and 115,000 students. This project aims to develop a common strategy and governance for universities united within the European campus and thus establish the Upper Rhine region as a cross-border and globally visible scientific area.
