Липсата на образование и квалификация или неподходящата форма на обучение и образование, са основни фактори, които в голяма степен определят групата на неработещите и неактивни младежи. Професионалният избор на младите е доста актуален проблем поради липсата на достатъчно информация за професионалните направления, както и мотивацията на младите за израстване в професионалната йерархия в съвременното общество, търсенето на пазара на труда. Настоящото проектно предложение е съвкупност от целенасочени дейности към неактивните лица с цел отново да бъдат включени в заетост или да бъдат върнати в образователната система. Това ще бъде постигнато чрез обединяване на различни дейности, насочени към изготвяне на индивидуален профил на всеки участник за определяне на потребностите му, провеждане на мотивационни обучения, насочване на лицата за последваща регистрация и ползване на услугите на бюрата по труда, осигуряване на професионални обучения и последваща заетост. Основополагащи за успешната бъдеща реализация на участниците са мотивационните и професионалните обучения. Дейността по предоставянето на мотивационни обучения ще подсили в участниците увереността им в собствените им способности и стремежа им да са конкурентоспособни на пазара на труда. Провеждането на професионални обучения с цел последващо включване в заетост на неактивните лица ще подобри знанията и уменията на обучаваните, което от своя страна ще им помогне да бъдат по конкурентноспособни на пазара на труда, да увеличат самочувствието си, а от там и нивото на доходите и качеството си на живот. Като краен резултат ще се постигне и по-висока мотивация на младите хора за реализация, повишена устойчива заетост, намаляване времето за търсене на работа и по-къси периоди на безработица, ще се повиши делът на квалифицираната работна сила. Lack of education and qualifications or inadequate form of training and education are key factors that largely determine the group of young people not in employment and inactive. The professional choice of young people is a very topical problem due to the lack of sufficient information about the career paths, as well as the motivation of young people to advance in the professional hierarchy in modern society, the demand on the labour market. This project proposal is a set of targeted activities towards inactive people with a view to re-entering employment or re-entering the education system. This will be achieved by bringing together different activities aimed at creating an individual profile of each participant for determining their needs, carrying out motivational trainings, directing persons for subsequent registration and using the services of job centres, providing vocational training and subsequent employment. Motivational and professional trainings are fundamental for the successful future realisation of the participants. The activity of providing motivational training will strengthen the participants’ confidence in their own abilities and their desire to be competitive on the labour market. Carrying out vocational trainings for the subsequent employment of inactive people will improve the knowledge and skills of the trainees, which in turn will help them to be more competitive on the labour market, increase their self-esteem, and hence their level of income and quality of life. As a final result, young people’s motivation for employment, increased sustainable employment, reduced job-search times and shorter periods of unemployment will also increase the proportion of skilled labour force. Le manque d’éducation et de qualifications ou l’insuffisance des formes de formation et d’éducation sont des facteurs clés qui déterminent en grande partie le groupe de jeunes sans emploi et inactifs. Le choix professionnel des jeunes est un problème d’actualité en raison du manque d’informations suffisantes sur les parcours professionnels, ainsi que de la motivation des jeunes à progresser dans la hiérarchie professionnelle dans la société moderne, la demande sur le marché du travail. Cette proposition de projet est un ensemble d’activités ciblées à l’intention des personnes inactives en vue de reprendre un emploi ou de réintégrer le système éducatif. Pour ce faire, on regroupera différentes activités visant à créer un profil individuel de chaque participant afin de déterminer ses besoins, de dispenser des formations motrices, d’orienter les personnes vers l’inscription ultérieure et d’utiliser les services des centres d’emploi, d’assurer la formation professionnelle et l’emploi ultérieur. Les formations motrices et professionnelles sont fondamentales pour la réussite future des participants. L’activité de formation motivationnelle renforcera la confiance des participants dans leurs propres capacités et leur désir d’être compétitifs sur le marché du travail. La mise en place de formations professionnelles pour l’emploi ultérieur de personnes inactives permettra d’améliorer les connaissances et les compétences des stagiaires, ce qui les aidera à être plus compétitifs sur le marché du travail, à accroître leur estime de soi et, partant, leur niveau de revenu et de qualité de vie. En définitive, la motivation des jeunes pour l’emploi, l’augmentation de l’emploi durable, la réduction des temps de recherche d’emploi et les périodes de chômage plus courtes augmenteront également la proportion de main-d’œuvre qualifiée. Der Mangel an Bildung und Qualifikationen oder eine unzureichende Form der Aus- und Weiterbildung sind Schlüsselfaktoren, die die Gruppe der nicht erwerbstätigen und nicht erwerbstätigen Jugendlichen weitgehend bestimmen. Die berufliche Auswahl junger Menschen ist aufgrund des Mangels an ausreichenden Informationen über die Berufswege sowie der Motivation junger Menschen, die Berufshierarchie in der modernen Gesellschaft voranzubringen, der Nachfrage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ein sehr aktuelles Problem. Bei diesem Projektvorschlag handelt es sich um eine Reihe gezielter Maßnahmen für Nichterwerbstätige mit dem Ziel, die Beschäftigung wieder aufzunehmen oder wieder in das Bildungssystem einzusteigen. Dies wird erreicht, indem verschiedene Aktivitäten zusammengeführt werden, die darauf abzielen, ein individuelles Profil jedes Teilnehmers zu schaffen, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu ermitteln, Motivationsschulungen durchzuführen, Personen für die anschließende Registrierung zu leiten und die Dienstleistungen von Arbeitsämtern zu nutzen, Berufsausbildung und spätere Beschäftigung anzubieten. Motivations- und Berufsausbildungen sind von grundlegender Bedeutung für die erfolgreiche zukünftige Realisierung der Teilnehmer. Die Aktivität der motivierenden Ausbildung stärkt das Vertrauen der Teilnehmer in ihre eigenen Fähigkeiten und ihren Wunsch, auf dem Arbeitsmarkt wettbewerbsfähig zu sein. Die Durchführung von Berufsausbildungen für die spätere Beschäftigung von Nichterwerbstätigen wird das Wissen und die Fähigkeiten der Auszubildenden verbessern, was wiederum dazu beitragen wird, auf dem Arbeitsmarkt wettbewerbsfähiger zu sein, ihr Selbstwertgefühl und damit ihr Einkommen und ihre Lebensqualität zu steigern. Schließlich wird der Anteil der qualifizierten Arbeitskräfte durch die Motivation junger Menschen für eine Beschäftigung, eine höhere nachhaltige Beschäftigung, verkürzte Beschäftigungszeiten und kürzere Zeiten der Arbeitslosigkeit erhöht. Een gebrek aan onderwijs en kwalificaties of een ontoereikende vorm van opleiding en onderwijs zijn belangrijke factoren die voor een groot deel bepalend zijn voor de groep jongeren die niet werken en inactief zijn. De professionele keuze van jongeren is een zeer actueel probleem vanwege het gebrek aan voldoende informatie over de loopbaantrajecten en de motivatie van jongeren om vooruitgang te boeken in de beroepshiërarchie in de moderne samenleving, de vraag op de arbeidsmarkt. Dit projectvoorstel is een reeks gerichte activiteiten die gericht zijn op inactieven met het oog op het opnieuw in dienst nemen van werk of het opnieuw invoeren van het onderwijsstelsel. Dit zal worden bereikt door verschillende activiteiten samen te brengen die gericht zijn op het creëren van een individueel profiel van elke deelnemer voor het bepalen van hun behoeften, het uitvoeren van motiverende opleidingen, het leiden van personen voor de daaropvolgende registratie en het gebruik van de diensten van arbeidsbureaus, het verstrekken van beroepsopleidingen en daaropvolgende werkgelegenheid. Motivatie- en beroepsopleidingen zijn van fundamenteel belang voor een succesvolle toekomstige realisatie van de deelnemers. De activiteit van het verstrekken van motiverende opleidingen zal het vertrouwen van de deelnemers in hun eigen vaardigheden en hun wil om concurrerend te zijn op de arbeidsmarkt versterken. Het volgen van beroepsopleidingen voor de daaropvolgende tewerkstelling van inactieven zal de kennis en vaardigheden van de stagiairs verbeteren, wat hen op zijn beurt zal helpen om op de arbeidsmarkt beter te concurreren, hun eigenwaarde te vergroten, en dus hun inkomen en kwaliteit van het bestaan te vergroten. Uiteindelijk zullen ook de motivatie van jongeren voor werk, meer duurzame werkgelegenheid, kortere perioden voor het zoeken naar werk en kortere perioden van werkloosheid het aandeel van de geschoolde beroepsbevolking doen toenemen. La mancanza di istruzione e qualifiche o un'inadeguata forma di formazione e di istruzione sono fattori chiave che determinano in larga misura il gruppo di giovani che non lavorano e non sono inattivi. La scelta professionale dei giovani è un problema di grande attualità dovuto alla mancanza di informazioni sufficienti sui percorsi di carriera e alla motivazione dei giovani a progredire nella gerarchia professionale nella società moderna, la domanda sul mercato del lavoro. La presente proposta di progetto è una serie di attività mirate a favore di persone inattive al fine di reinserirsi nel mondo del lavoro o rientrare nel sistema di istruzione. Questo obiettivo sarà realizzato riunendo diverse attività volte a creare un profilo individuale di ciascun partecipante per determinare le proprie esigenze, svolgere formazioni motivazionali, dirigere le persone per la successiva iscrizione e utilizzare i servizi dei centri di lavoro, fornire formazione professionale e successivo impiego. La formazione motivazionale e professionale è fondamentale per il successo della realizzazione futura dei partecipanti. L'attività di formazione motivazionale rafforzerà la fiducia dei partecipanti nelle proprie capacità e il loro desiderio di essere competitivi sul mercato del lavoro. La realizzazione di formazioni professionali per il successivo impiego di persone inattive migliorerà le conoscenze e le competenze dei tirocinanti, che a loro volta li aiuteranno ad essere più competitivi sul mercato del lavoro, ad aumentare la loro autostima e quindi il loro livello di reddito e di qualità della vita. Come risultato finale, anche la motivazione dei giovani per l'occupazione, l'aumento dell'occupazione sostenibile, la riduzione dei tempi di ricerca del lavoro e i periodi di disoccupazione più brevi aumenteranno la percentuale di forza lavoro qualificata. La falta de educación y cualificaciones o la forma inadecuada de formación y educación son factores clave que determinan en gran medida el grupo de jóvenes que no trabajan ni están inactivos. La elección profesional de los jóvenes es un problema muy actual debido a la falta de información suficiente sobre las trayectorias profesionales, así como a la motivación de los jóvenes para avanzar en la jerarquía profesional en la sociedad moderna, la demanda en el mercado laboral. Esta propuesta de proyecto es un conjunto de actividades dirigidas a las personas inactivas con vistas a reincorporarse al empleo o reincorporarse al sistema educativo. Esto se logrará reuniendo diferentes actividades destinadas a crear un perfil individual de cada participante para determinar sus necesidades, llevar a cabo formaciones motivacionales, orientar a las personas para su posterior inscripción y utilizar los servicios de centros de empleo, proporcionar formación profesional y empleo posterior. Las capacitaciones motivacionales y profesionales son fundamentales para el éxito futuro de la realización de los participantes. La actividad de formación motivacional reforzará la confianza de los participantes en sus propias capacidades y en su deseo de ser competitivos en el mercado laboral. La realización de formaciones profesionales para el empleo posterior de personas inactivas mejorará los conocimientos y las competencias de los becarios, lo que a su vez les ayudará a ser más competitivos en el mercado laboral, a aumentar su autoestima y, por tanto, a su nivel de ingresos y calidad de vida. Como resultado final, la motivación de los jóvenes para el empleo, el aumento del empleo sostenible, la reducción de los tiempos de búsqueda de empleo y la reducción de los períodos de desempleo también aumentarán la proporción de mano de obra cualificada.
