Проектът е свързан с изпълнение на дейности, предвидени в мярка 22 и 109 от НПРД, които ще доведат до подобряване на природозащитното състояние на местообитания и видове в Рамсарско място „Комплекс Беленски острови“ в ПП „Персина“. Тук се намират едни от най-значимите за България влажни зони – „Остров Персин“ и блатото „Кайкуша“, с типични местообитания, свързани с водата и влажните зони и някои от най-редките местообитания, свързани с пясъчни образувания и ксерофитна растителност. Проектното предложение попада в следните НАТУРА 2000 зони: BG0002017 Коплекс Беленски острови, BG0002087 Свищовско-Беленска низина, BG0000396 Персина. Чрез изпълнението на дейности по модернизиране и автоматизация на механичната система за отваряне и затваряне на савачните врати (шлюзове) на съоръженията във влажна зона „Остров Персин“, с изграждане на хидравлична система за задвижване на всяка една от общо 6 савачни врати и надграждане на системата за мониторинг на водните нива с 3 нови точки, ще се подобри водният режим във влажната зона, ще се увеличи сигурността, ефективността и качеството на управление. Предвидените за изпълнение на дейности по косене на тръстика и аморфа, ще допринесат до подобряване природозащитното състояние, съответно на местообитание 3150 „Естествени еутрофни езера с растителност от типа Magnopotamion или Hydrocharition“ и местообитание 2340* „Панонски вътрешноконтинентални дюни“. Като резултат от дейностите по косене на тръстика в блатото „Кайкуша“, се очаква да се създадат условия за формирането на водни огледала, подходящи за развитие на ихтиофауна и притегателно място за водолюбиви птици. Подобряването на водния режим и отварянето на водни огледала ще допринесе до подобряване състоянието на местообитание 3150 „Естествени еутрофни езера с растителност от типа Magnopotamion или Hydrocharition“, но и подобряване на природозащитното състояние на целевите видове: къдроглав пеликан , малък корморан и белоока потапница. The project relates to the implementation of activities provided for in Measure 22 and 109 of the NPRD, which will improve the conservation status of habitats and species in Ramsar Belen Islands Complex in Persina. Here are some of the most significant wetlands for Bulgaria — Persin Island and Kaikusha Swamp, with typical habitats associated with water and wetlands and some of the rarest habitats associated with sand formations and xerophytic vegetation. The project proposal falls within the following NATURA 2000 zones: BG0002017 Belen Islands Complex, BG0002087 Svishtov-Belenska Lowland, BG0000396 Persina. Through the implementation of modernisation and automation of the mechanical system for opening and closing of the savage doors (locks) of the facilities in wetland “Island Persin”, with the construction of hydraulic propulsion system for each of the 6 doors in total and upgrading the water level monitoring system with 3 new points, the water regime in the wetland will be improved, security, efficiency and quality of management will be increased. The intended implementation of reed and amorphing activities will contribute to the improvement of the conservation status of habitat 3150 ‘Natural eutrophic lakes with Magnopotamion or Hydrocharition vegetation’ and habitat 2340* ‘Pannon Inland Continental Dunes’. As a result of the reed mowing activities in the Kaikusha swamp, it is expected to create conditions for the formation of water mirrors suitable for the development of ichthiofauna and an attractive place for waterbirds. The improvement of the water regime and the opening of water mirrors will contribute to the improvement of habitat 3150 ‘Natural eutrophic lakes with Magnopotamion or Hydrocharition vegetation’, but also to improve the conservation status of the target species: Dalmatian pelican, little cormorant and white-eyed dip. Le projet porte sur la mise en œuvre des activités prévues dans les mesures 22 et 109 du NPRD, qui amélioreront l’état de conservation des habitats et des espèces du complexe Ramsar des îles Belen à Persina. Voici quelques-unes des zones humides les plus importantes pour la Bulgarie — l’île Persin et le marécage de Kaikusha, avec des habitats typiques associés à l’eau et aux zones humides et certains des habitats les plus rares associés aux formations sableuses et à la végétation xérophytique. La proposition de projet s’inscrit dans les zones NATURA 2000 suivantes: BG0002017 Belen Islands Complexe, BG0002087 Svishtov-Belenska Lowland, BG0000396 Persina. Grâce à la modernisation et à l’automatisation du système mécanique d’ouverture et de fermeture des portes sauvages (verrouillage) des installations de la zone humide «Island Persin», avec la construction d’un système de propulsion hydraulique pour chacune des 6 portes au total et la modernisation du système de surveillance du niveau d’eau avec 3 nouveaux points, le régime d’eau dans la zone humide sera amélioré, la sécurité, l’efficacité et la qualité de la gestion seront améliorées. La mise en œuvre prévue d’activités de roseau et d’amorphisme contribuera à l’amélioration de l’état de conservation de l’habitat 3150 «Lacs eutrophiques naturels avec végétation Magnopotamion ou Hydrocharition» et de l’habitat 2340* «Pannon Inland Continental Dunes». En raison des activités de fauchage du roseau dans le marais de Kaikusha, il devrait créer des conditions pour la formation de miroirs d’eau adaptés au développement de l’ichthiofauna et un endroit attrayant pour les oiseaux d’eau. L’amélioration du régime de l’eau et l’ouverture de miroirs d’eau contribueront à l’amélioration de l’habitat 3150 «Lacs eutrophiques naturels avec végétation Magnopotamion ou Hydrocharition», mais aussi à améliorer l’état de conservation des espèces cibles: Pélican dalmate, petit cormoran et trempette aux yeux blancs. Das Projekt betrifft die Durchführung der in den Maßnahmen 22 und 109 der NPRD vorgesehenen Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Erhaltungszustands von Lebensräumen und Arten im Komplex Ramsar Belen Islands in Persina. Hier sind einige der bedeutendsten Feuchtgebiete für Bulgarien – Persin Island und Kaikusha Swamp, mit typischen Lebensräumen, die mit Wasser und Feuchtgebieten verbunden sind, und einige der seltensten Lebensräume, die mit Sandformationen und xerophytischen Vegetation verbunden sind. Der Projektvorschlag fällt in die folgenden NATURA-2000-Gebiete: BG0002017 Belen Islands Complex, BG0002087 Svishtov-Belenska Lowland, BG0000396 Persina. Durch die Umsetzung der Modernisierung und Automatisierung des mechanischen Systems zum Öffnen und Schließen der wilden Türen (Schloss) der Anlagen in Feuchtgebieten „Island Persin“, mit dem Bau eines hydraulischen Antriebssystems für jede der 6 Türen insgesamt und die Modernisierung des Wasserstandsüberwachungssystems mit 3 neuen Punkten, wird das Wasserregime in den Feuchtgebieten verbessert, Sicherheit, Effizienz und Qualität des Managements erhöht werden. Die beabsichtigte Durchführung von Schilf- und Amorphtätigkeiten wird zur Verbesserung des Erhaltungszustands des Lebensraums 3150 „Natürliche eutrophische Seen mit Magnopotamion oder Hydrocharition Vegetation“ und Lebensraum 2340* „Pannon Inland Continental Dunes“ beitragen. Durch die Schilfmähaktivitäten im Kaikusha-Sumpf wird erwartet, dass es Bedingungen für die Bildung von Wasserspiegeln schafft, die für die Entwicklung von Ichthiofauna und einen attraktiven Ort für Wasservögel geeignet sind. Die Verbesserung des Wasserregimes und die Öffnung von Wasserspiegeln werden zur Verbesserung des Lebensraums 3150 „Natural eutrophic Seen mit Magnopotamion oder Hydrocharition Vegetation“ beitragen, aber auch zur Verbesserung des Erhaltungszustands der Zielarten: Dalmatinischer Pelikan, kleiner Kormoran und weißäugiger Dip. Het project heeft betrekking op de uitvoering van activiteiten als bedoeld in de maatregelen 22 en 109 van het NPRD, die de staat van instandhouding van habitats en soorten in het Ramsar Belen Islands Complex in Persina zullen verbeteren. Hier zijn enkele van de belangrijkste wetlands voor Bulgarije — Persin Island en Kaikusha Swamp, met typische habitats geassocieerd met water en wetlands en enkele van de zeldzaamste habitats geassocieerd met zandformaties en xerophytische vegetatie. Het projectvoorstel valt binnen de volgende NATURA 2000-gebieden: BG0002017 Belen Islands Complex, BG0002087 Svishtov-Belenska Lowland, BG0000396 Persina. Door de modernisering en automatisering van het mechanische systeem voor het openen en sluiten van de wilde deuren (sloten) van de voorzieningen in wetland „Eiland Persin”, met de bouw van een hydraulisch voortstuwingssysteem voor elk van de zes deuren in totaal en het verbeteren van het waterpeilbewakingssysteem met 3 nieuwe punten, zal het waterregime in het wetland worden verbeterd, zal de veiligheid, efficiëntie en kwaliteit van het beheer worden verbeterd. De beoogde uitvoering van riet- en amorvingactiviteiten zal bijdragen tot de verbetering van de staat van instandhouding van habitat 3150 „Natuurlijke eutrofische meren met Magnopotamion of Hydrocharition vegetatie” en habitat 2340* „Pannon Inland Continental Dunes”. Als gevolg van de riet maaien activiteiten in het Kaikusha moeras, wordt verwacht dat de voorwaarden voor de vorming van waterspiegels geschikt voor de ontwikkeling van ichthiofauna en een aantrekkelijke plek voor watervogels te creëren. De verbetering van het waterregime en de opening van waterspiegels zullen bijdragen tot de verbetering van habitat 3150 „Natuurlijke eutrofische meren met Magnopotamion of Hydrocharition vegetatie”, maar ook tot verbetering van de staat van instandhouding van de doelsoorten: Dalmatische pelikaan, aalscholver en witte oogdip. Il progetto riguarda l'attuazione delle attività previste dalle misure 22 e 109 del NPRD, che miglioreranno lo stato di conservazione degli habitat e delle specie nel complesso delle isole di Ramsar Belen a Persina. Ecco alcune delle zone umide più significative per la Bulgaria — Persin Island e Kaikusha palude, con habitat tipici associati con acqua e zone umide e alcuni degli habitat più rari associati a formazioni di sabbia e vegetazione xerofitica. La proposta di progetto rientra nelle seguenti zone NATURA 2000: BG0002017 Belen Islands Complex, BG0002087 Svishtov-Belenska Lowland, BG0000396 Persina. Attraverso l'attuazione dell'ammodernamento e dell'automazione del sistema meccanico per l'apertura e la chiusura delle porte savage (blocchi) degli impianti nella zona umida "Isola Persin", con la costruzione di un sistema di propulsione idraulica per ciascuna delle 6 porte in totale e l'aggiornamento del sistema di monitoraggio del livello idrico con 3 nuovi punti, il regime idrico nella zona umida sarà migliorato, la sicurezza, l'efficienza e la qualità della gestione saranno migliorate. La prevista attuazione delle attività di canna e amorfizzazione contribuirà al miglioramento dello stato di conservazione dell'habitat 3150 "Laghi eutrofici naturali con vegetazione Magnopotamion o Hydrocharition" e dell'habitat 2340* "Pannon Inland Continental Dunes". Come risultato delle attività di falciatura delle canne nella palude di Kaikusha, si prevede che crei le condizioni per la formazione di specchi d'acqua adatti allo sviluppo di ichthiofauna e un luogo attraente per gli uccelli acquatici. Il miglioramento del regime idrico e l'apertura di specchi d'acqua contribuiranno al miglioramento dell'habitat 3150 "Laghi eutrofici naturali con vegetazione Magnopotamion o Hydrocharition", ma anche a migliorare lo stato di conservazione delle specie bersaglio: Pellicano dalmata, piccolo cormorano e tuffo dagli occhi bianchi. El proyecto se refiere a la ejecución de las actividades previstas en las medidas 22 y 109 de la NPRD, que mejorarán el estado de conservación de hábitats y especies en el Complejo Ramsar de las Islas Belén en Persina. Estos son algunos de los humedales más significativos para Bulgaria — la isla Persin y el pantano Kaikusha, con hábitats típicos asociados con el agua y humedales y algunos de los hábitats más raros asociados con formaciones de arena y vegetación xerófita. La propuesta de proyecto se inscribe en las siguientes zonas NATURA 2000: BG0002017 Belen Islands Complex, BG0002087 Svishtov-Belenska Lowland, BG0000396 Persina. Mediante la puesta en marcha de la modernización y automatización del sistema mecánico de apertura y cierre de las puertas salvajes (cerraduras) de las instalaciones del humedal «Island Persin», con la construcción del sistema de propulsión hidráulica para cada una de las 6 puertas en total y la mejora del sistema de control del nivel del agua con 3 nuevos puntos, se mejorará el régimen hídrico en el humedal, se aumentará la seguridad, la eficiencia y la calidad de la gestión. La ejecución prevista de las actividades de cría y transformación contribuirá a mejorar el estado de conservación del hábitat 3150 «Lagos eutróficos naturales con vegetación de Magnopotamion o Hidrocharition» y del hábitat 2340* «Dunas continentales continentales de Pannon Inland». Como resultado de las actividades de siega de caña en el pantano de Kaikusha, se espera crear condiciones para la formación de espejos de agua adecuados para el desarrollo de ichtiofauna y un lugar atractivo para las aves acuáticas. La mejora del régimen hídrico y la apertura de espejos de agua contribuirán a mejorar el hábitat 3150 «Lagos eutróficos naturales con vegetación de Magnopotamion o Hidrocharición», pero también a mejorar el estado de conservación de las especies objetivo: Pelícano dálmata, cormorán pequeño y baño de ojos blancos.
