A KÖZOP-2.3.0-08-2008-0001 projekt készítette elő a KÖZOP-2.5.0-09-11-2012-0002 azonosítószámú projekt valamint a KÖZOP-2.5.0-09-11-2012-0018 azonosítószámú projekt megvalósítását. Ez utóbbi projekt szakaszolt projektként valósul meg. Az 1. projekt szakasz megvalósításának finanszírozása KözOP támogatási időszakban történt, míg a 2. projekt szakasz megvalósításának finanszírozása a 2014-2020. közötti programozási időszakban tervezett. Adott vonalszakasz felújítása több programozási cikluson átnyúló fejlesztés (ISPA, KÖZOP, IKOP, CEF) eredményeként fog megvalósulni. Az IKOP Felhívásra beadott projekt magában foglalja Békéscsaba állomás vasúti pálya felsővezeték, műtárgyak, utak és útátjárók, valamint Gyoma (kiz.) – Békéscsaba (bez.) vonalszakaszon a biztosítóberendezés, a távközlés, és a forgalomirányítás korszerűsítését. Az EU előírásoknak megfelelően sk+55 cm magas peronok kerülnek kiépítésre, melyeket külön szintben, gyalogos aluljáróval lehet megközelíteni. A peronok lefedésre kerülnek. Felújításra kerül a műemléki felvételi épület, amely az új infrastruktúra fogadását lehetővé teszi (biztosítóberendezések, távközlés, felsővezetéki kapcsoló berendezések, FET, HETA). A felvételi épület rekonstrukciójának része az állomási előtér megújulása is. Az ERTMS rendszer ETCS 2 szintű vonatbefolyásoló berendezés pályamenti alrendszere a Ferencváros "C" elágazás – Lőkösháza (oh.) szakaszon kerül telepítésre. A vasútvonal azon pályaszakaszain, ahol nem történt meg a kapcsolódó projektek lezárásáig a pálya és a biztosítóberendezés rekonstrukciója (Szolnok csomópont és Békéscsaba (kiz.) – Lőkösháza (oh.)), ott egy korlátozott funkcionalitású, de interoperábilis ETCS 1 szintű vonatbefolyásoló berendezés pályamenti alrendszere kerül telepítésre. Ezeken a szakaszokon a későbbi biztosítóberendezési beruházások során lehetőség lesz az ETCS 1 szintű berendezéseknek az integrálására, így azok felhasználhatók a későbbi ETCS 2 szintű pályamenti alrendszer számára, mint visszaesési szint. További feladat az ETCS 2 rendszer működéséhez szükséges, egységesen meghatározandó nemzeti értékek külső tanúsító általi meghatározása kockázatelemzéssel. (Hungarian)

Project KÖZOP-2.3.0-08-2008-0001 prepared the implementation of project KÖZOP-2.5.0-09-11-2012-0002 and project No KÖZOP-2.5.0-09-11-2012-0018. The latter project is implemented as a phased project. The implementation of project phase 1 was financed during the Public OP grant period, while project 2 was planned to be financed in the 2014-2020 programming period. The refurbishment of a section of line will be the result of a multi-programming development (ISPA, KÖZOP, IKOP, CEF). The project submitted in response to the IKOP call includes the upgrading of the railway line of Békéscsaba railway track, structures, roads and crossings, as well as the upgrading of interlocking, telecommunications and traffic management on the line section Gyoma (excl.) — Békéscsaba. In line with EU regulations, sk+ 55 cm high platforms are installed, which can be accessed on a separate level with a pedestrian underpass. The platforms will be covered. The historic entrance building will be renovated, allowing the reception of the new infrastructure (safety systems, telecommunications, overhead contact line switches, FET, HETA). Part of the reconstruction of the entrance building is the renewal of the station foreground. The trackside subsystem of the ERTMS system ETCS level 2 train control equipment will be installed on Ferencváros C branch — Lőkösháza (oh.). On the track sections of the railway line where the reconstruction of the track and interlocking equipment (Szolnok node and Békéscsaba (excl.) — Lőkösháza (oh.)) has not taken place until the completion of the related projects, the trackside subsystem of a limited functionality but interoperable ETCS level 1 train control equipment will be installed. On these sections, it will be possible to integrate ETCS level 1 equipment during subsequent investments in interlocking, so that they can be used for the later ETCS level 2 trackside subsystem as a downturn level. An additional task is to determine the national values required for the operation of the ETCS 2 system, to be determined uniformly by an external certifier, with a risk analysis. (English)

Le projet KÖZOP-2.3.0-08-2008-0001 a préparé la mise en œuvre du projet KÖZOP-2.5.0-09-11-2012-0002 et du projet no KÖZOP-2.5.0-09-11-2012-0018. Ce dernier projet est mis en œuvre par étapes. La mise en œuvre de la phase 1 du projet a été financée au cours de la période de subvention du PO public, tandis que le projet 2 devait être financé au cours de la période de programmation 2014-2020. La rénovation d’un tronçon de ligne sera le résultat d’un développement multiprogrammation (ISPA, KÖZOP, IKOP, CEF). Le projet présenté en réponse à l’appel IKOP comprend l’amélioration de la ligne de chemin de fer de Békéscsaba, les ouvrages, les routes et les passages à niveau, ainsi que l’amélioration de l’enclenchement, des télécommunications et de la gestion du trafic sur le tronçon de ligne Gyoma (excl.) — Békéscsaba. Conformément à la réglementation de l’UE, des plates-formes de hauteur sk+ 55 cm sont installées, qui peuvent être accessibles sur un niveau séparé avec un passage inférieur pour piétons. Les plates-formes seront couvertes. Le bâtiment d’entrée historique sera rénové afin de permettre l’accueil des nouvelles infrastructures (systèmes de sécurité, télécommunications, commutateurs de lignes aériennes de contact, FET, HETA). Une partie de la reconstruction du bâtiment d’entrée est le renouvellement de l’avant-plan de la gare. Le sous-système «sol» du système ERTMS ETCS niveau 2 sera installé sur la branche Ferencváros C — Lőkösháza (oh.). Sur les tronçons de voie de la ligne de chemin de fer où la reconstruction de la voie et de l’équipement d’enclenchement (node Szolnok et Békéscsaba (excl.) — Lőkösháza (oh.)) n’a pas eu lieu avant l’achèvement des projets correspondants, le sous-système «sol» d’une fonctionnalité limitée mais d’un équipement de contrôle de train ETCS de niveau 1 interopérable sera installé. Sur ces sections, il sera possible d’intégrer les équipements ETCS de niveau 1 lors des investissements ultérieurs dans l’enclenchement, de sorte qu’ils puissent être utilisés pour le sous-système «sol» de niveau 2 ultérieur de l’ETCS en tant que niveau de ralentissement. Une tâche supplémentaire consiste à déterminer les valeurs nationales requises pour le fonctionnement du système ETCS 2, à déterminer de manière uniforme par un certificateur externe, avec une analyse des risques.
